I can't get the achiev for 400 unarmed skill and can't do the "charger" quest line for feat of strength anymore. That's two.
You also can't get the achievement for being the first guild to open the gates of Ahn'Qiraj, or may other things.

which is what I and over 90% of people playing this game are after.
Citation needed. 94.3% of all statistics are made up on the spot*. Unless you happen to be in personal contact with several million people, then all you can speak to is the very thin slice of the gaming populace that you personally know.
I would argue that more people play the game for end game raiding and PvP than for achievements.
Gear lost its uniqueness, because stats on it were simplified. Looks like its going in a direction where everyone's gear will be exactly the same, I'm afraid. Sacrificing diversity rarely is a positive thing.
Melee DPS gear = Str/Agi (depending on class), Hit, Crit, ArP, Stam.
Caster DPS gear = Int, Spi/MP5 (depending on class), Hit, Crit, Haste.
Healer gear = Int, Spi/MP% (depending on class), Crit, Haste.
The gear was all the same before. It was never unique. Each class had certain stats they focused on, and given the chance most of them** would have been wearing BiS gear - and disregarding that, their gear had the same stats as BiS, only in lower amounts.
Now, I'm not arguing that the changes made the gear more unique. I wouldn't mind seeing some gear added in that allowed for more unique procs; I was bummed when I found out that relics had been reduced to gem-socketed stat sticks. But the "we're less unique because they took X stats away" argument is only true if people were wearing gear with wildly varying stats - and they really weren't.
*Including this one.
**Save those who lack an understanding in some of the game's mechanical details.

So today I got every bug imaginable I think
I froze, twice, in Headless Horseman, requiring me to ctrl/alt/del and restart wow
I DC'ed EVERY SINGLE TIME I landed on an FP while alt tabbed.
I got stuck on several loading screens
I keep getting "not in a guild" when I try to type in gchat
I really think Blizzard could have tested this another week before unleashing this hell on us, without delaying Cata.
For the guild thing: Have an officer kick you from the guild and then reinvite you. A number of guildies have had that problem, and it seems to have been fixed permanently by that action.
Not that that is really acceptable, but at least it's a workaround.

I don't think it's QQ when some fundamental game elements are broken. Like Queuing for a dungeon.. and freezing, or DCing when doing Horseman or any variety of "little things".. New mechanics aside.. I do think paying customers have a right to complain when the game becomes unplayable.
As for the class changes... I think players (again paying customers) have the right to complain and criticize... and it's up to Blizzard to balance change with player satisfaction. I think it's a back and forth balance between Blizzard innovating and players, to a degree, resisting some of that change (rightfully or wrongfully)... I do think simply blanketing all complaints as "QQ" isn't fair. I mean people PAY to play... it's a service they have given money and time to... if it ceases to be entertaining then they will move to other products or services (and while some of player base won't miss them, this goes against Blizzards goal to make a profitable MMO)
Personally I like the patch, though I do find tanking has lost all interest and has become boring... I do think they hit the nail on the head with healing and hunter changes. I like the new UI look... there are many things I like.. but I get why people don't like certain things... and they do have a right to "complain"... I mean if you had paid for a cable channel that showed only horror movies and it had tons of fuzz or randomly black out or lost sound... or if the content itself was changed and instead of horror the channel moved to horror/thriller you might be annoyed with the changes... because you pay for those things...
Which is why they announce changes like that far in advance. If you don't like the sound of the changes, you stop paying.
Yes, there is a habit on Wowhead of labeling some valid criticism as 'QQ', but at the same time, WoW isn't a democracy - it's a business. Complaints only go so far. I've been kicked out of the game a number of times since the patch, but having worked for years in the software industry (not the gaming industry, but software is software to an extent) I know that sometimes bugs take time to fix.
