Same names I cooked up during Dark Age of Camelot. Easier to just stick with them.

Murrdurr
My paladins name, Kinadim was randomly generated for my first toon I ever played in everquest which was a dwarf warrior.
Other names I use are: Kerafyrm, a crystal dragon from everquest. At the time no guild could kill him, and if you woke him up by killing the 4 warders it was your only shot at him, after that he was gone for good. One server kept him asleep for many years and round up 100+ players, in the end they killed him (literally after hours) and there was no loot to be had lol.
The name murrdurr was just something I used on a rogue toon in EQ I thought it fit well with the class
Vacious is the name of my friends first EQ toon, and Zdenek is my cousins first name even though he does not go by it.

My undead warrior is named Vexingtorex, which is based from the Gaul chieftain, Vercingtorix, who revolted against the Romans during Caesar's Gallic Wars.
My Belf Pally is named Minaclaire. I was watching "Dracula" at the time and so it derives slightly from Wilhelmina Harker, who is simply called "Mina" in the books and movie. Where did the "claire" part come from? No clue, it just rolled off the tongue.
Past those two, most of my names have no history. They are Aaeris, Maldictus, Maelisant, etc.

My pally tank is 'Tanque' which is 'Tank' in Spanish. My priest is 'Sazadorte', comes from the actual Spanish word, 'sacerdote', which means, 'priest'. My mage is named Hannahrose, which is in honor of my niece, who passed away.

Dragalthor
My hunter is named 'Dragalthor', as at the time I first installed WoW I was in the process of reading Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time saga and I wanted to name my toon 'Dragon Al Thor' after one of the primary characters but came unstuck by the character limit. Curse you and your character limit Blizz
Most of my other toons are just random names made up on the fly as I rolled the toon except for my priest 'Theboggust' who is named after a RL priest friend of the family who gave the eulogy at my Dad's funeral.

My main, Zilong, is named after Zhao Zilong (Zhao Yun to anyone who plays Romance of the Three Kingdoms and/or Dynasty Warriors), a Chinese general around 200 AD.
My DK is named Tadakatsu, after Tadakatsu Honda, the greatest warrior of the Sengoku (Warring States) period of Japan.
My Druid is named Kaitou which means "Phantom" in Japanese. My Rogue is named Kougahazan which is, I believe, "Tiger Blade" from the Tales of series of video games. In retrospect I should have used Kaitou for the Rogue, and named the Druid Jyushin ("Beast God" in Japanese) instead.

xaratherus
Xaratherus was completely fabricated. I actually dreamed of the name the night before I created my Paladin. It's the only name I kept after faction-changing my characters to Horde.
Wakiza is a Native American name meaning
desperate warrior
.
Ortha came from an in-joke. One of my roommates tried to say the phrase 'Orcish Death Knight' and it came out as 'Orthish %^&* Knight' instead. Ortha sounded more feminine than Orthis, so that's what I chose.
Hanhia is a misspelling (intentional) of a Native American name meaning
spirit warrior
; the correct word, Hania, was already taken.
Semhazai is the name of a demon in Hebrew lore.

Shiverlynn
I'm sure there already was such a thread, and I'm sure I even posted in it. Bah, to hell with that.
and curiously in french it comes from the term "ayle" which means "Wing"
It's "aile", although "ayle" might have been a medieval spelling.
I like spending a lot of time to give my toons unique names, although some have names of fictional characters.
Shiverlynn simply comes from the English word. A shiver of cold, or of pleasure (not
that
pleasure you perverts out there). Although I almost never RP, and certainly never with her, I gave her the surname Nightsong. Her name is also unique on both EU and US servers.
Ayanami comes from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I was heavily depressed when I created my mage so I thought of that name to express what I felt.
Arleej is a Dreamweaver (healer) from the Age of the Five saga by Trudy Canavan. The saga is really bad but I liked the name and took it for my healing shaman.
Aviel is my druid.
Avis
means bird in latin, pretty self-explanatory.
Isilien, my priest was ripped off Isillien, the Scarlet Crusade priest.
Lylaï was initially planned to be a worgen, but then I leveled her up and don't feel like deleting her and leveling again when Cata hits. Her name has no real meaning but can be pronounced as
lily
and
lai
also means barking in Russian. Yes, I know, wolves don't bark.
Misurys is based on
misery
.
Dúathalfirin means black flower in sindarin. Her name is unique on EU and US servers.
Serebro is a tribute to the Russian band Serebro, it also means silver in Russian.
Tressdargent, my female Dward paladin, is a tribute to a guildmate whose female Dward paladin is named Boukledaur. Their names mean respectively Silverbraid and Goldencurl.
Faendúlinn means white nightingale in sindarin. Her name is unique.
Nhemari comes from Nehani, a character from the PS1 game Guardian's Crusade. Her name is also unique.
Aürahe comes from the Tauren language, taurahe.
Gentlewind means what it means...
Yup I listed more than 10 toons, I play/used to play on several servers.
