Dag'rema grinned sadistically. "Oh come now... I thought we were above petty violence. Can't we talk things out?"

"Like you did with Nightbane? No," Flamehowl said. "It's time for action." He held out a hand, and the Scythe appeared in his hands. "Die!" he yelled, cliched, and hurled a blast of fire and shadow, empowered by the Scythe.

"Ooh, now things are getting interesting," Dag'rema grinned, stepping back a little to avoid the ball of shadowflame. "Are you really so desperate to kill me that you'd risk using the scythe? If so, I'm impressed."

"The Scythe is a tool. I intend to use it." Flamehowl yelled. He gathered another burst, larger, and leaped at Dag'rema, hurling it at her,.

"Good, then we shan't be holding anything back," Dag'rema nodded, leaping off the tower and metamorphosing back into demon form in midair, huge bat-like wings spreading behind her. Gliding around the worgen, she created a portal, through which Haavazin and a doomguard jumped, with Dag'rema landing with a thud nearby. "Let's go."

"And fight you on fair terms? No way. Fair fights are too easy to lose!" Flamehowl yelled, jumping toward Dag'rema. He used fire to propel himself along faster, and sliced at Dag'rema with the Scythe as he passed.

Dag'rema leapt out of the way of the scythe, barely able to remove herself from its path in her large demonic form. Her skin was thick and she could take a great deal of abuse, but that scythe would cut her in half if she was struck with it.
"You remind me of myself, you know," she laughed, summoning her staff to her hand and hurling a casual chaos bolt at the worgen. "Why is it that you choose to fight me?"

"You anger me," Flamehowl replied, using a blast of fire to halt himself in midair, and another to drive himself at Dag'rema again. "I found the light. Not that stupid Light the humans believe in," Flamehowl said derisively. "But light. I found myself in error, and corrected myself. You wouldn't believe what a life of goodness can bring."

Vashadya, Lektraza
Kirin'Var Village
Vashadya gasped in shock as fel chains wrapped around her ankles and wrists. She looked up to see Lektraza standing over her, her eyes growing fel-green. She tried to speak, but felt slightly choked and nothing came out.
If I'm not lucky I'll get stabbed by her friends for this, but if she is convinced I am on the side of the enemy, will they might just believe it too, only problem is they're all orcs,
the gnome thought, deciding that since the battle was pretty much at a stalemate they should go and rescue the shaman the others had talked about. That way if they did loose at least they would make some progress. The gnome summoned her infernal to her side and the creature scooped up the elven priestess. Both Lektraza and Vashadya could have sworn the demon was grinning.
They marched over towards what looked likely to be a dungeon of some description, hopefully the right one if it actually was one. "Mistress Dag'rema has requested that I bring this new prisoner in, in person, I assume this is the dungeon, no one bothered to give me a tour," Lektraza said casually, but with an air of menace befitting of a warlock. Vashadya looked around tearfully, convinced she had been betrayed.
Let's just hope they buy it,
the gnome thought. She made sure the bonds were slightly tighter than they needed to, just so it was clear the priestess was in some pain. Her infernal simply stood with infinite patience and loyalty, though if need be it would gladly smash the two orcish guards before it into oblivion. Vashadya tried to break free, but felt a jolt of pain as she was blasted with a small wave of fel energy. Not enough to weaken her, but enough to cause considerable pain.
Evanlyn, Wilhelm, Nairn
The Great Sea, East of Bilgewater Harbour
Soon the Serpent had set sail again, leaving the few living pirates to fend for themselves on the island. The rest had been left for the birds of prey to pick clean, who were going at it with incredible gusto. It was no wonder many pirates considered such creatures to be on the side of Evanlyn and her crew.

"So much for that bloodthistle of yours being enjoyable," Avemthar snorted, still looking for anything even faintly reminiscent of coffee.

"Oh, I've seen it personally," Dag'rema answered with a scowl. "You holier than thou do-gooders who waste their lives away fighting an unwinnable battle. Only nothing means anything..." she finished with a wry chuckle. "My sister believed in 'living a life of goodness,' and you know what happened to her."

"Let her go." Aldos yelled as he saw Vashadya being carried off by a infernal. He blinked appearing above the infernal and came crashing down his fist covered in fire as he smashed the infernal.

Vashadya, Lektraza
Kirin'Var Village
The infernal ignored Aldos despite the massive cracks that appeared in it's torso, flames licked out from within, but did not harm the blood elf, Lektraza conjured more fel-chains so that the blood elf was bound as well. "Make that two prisoners," she commented, making sure he was bound tightly. "Now, about being let in, are you going to open that door or do I have to go complain to mistress for your lack of manners towards a fully-fledged warlock such as myself," she added, speaking to the guards while tapping her foot with impatience. Vashadya looked fearfully at the gnome, then looked to Aldos to see if he was alright.
If only I can keep those two elves bound for long enough to make the deception work,
she thought, nodding to her infernal who gave Aldos a little jab, to make it look like the gnome was roughing up her
prisoners
a little.
That boy's got courage though, I'll admit that, even if it could ruin my plan and bring all the guards down on our skulls.

Aldos struggled against the chains. "When I get out of this I'm going to roast you." He said then without thought he started to absorb the fel chain his eyes going from pale green to emerald.

"I used to believe that, until ironically it was you who showed me the error of my ways. You drove me against you, Dag'rema. You have nobody to blame, but yourself." He sliced the Scythe to her right, while hurling a blast of shadowflame all around her, attempting to box her in.

Dag'rema blocked the scythe with her staff, while diffusing the shadowflame as well as she could. "What I do is natural," Dag'rema replied. "The universe is cruel, callous, chaotic, and should be destroyed. I should be destroyed, you are right about that, but so should you, and the Burning Legion, and the Naaru, and everything. The universe is broken and beyond repair. So we will destroy it."
Character: Orcish Guards
Location: Kirin'Var Village
"Urm... alright, go ahead," Gorjark answered hesitantly. He didn't recognize the gnome, but it was plainly evident that she was a warlock, and she didn't seem to be up to anything. In addition, if Dag'rema really had sent her, that meant the prisoner was very important, and she'd be none too pleased to learn that he'd left them out in the open where they could be lost. Still, better safe than sorry. "Kurkush, go with them, get them fitted for cells, and return to me. Don't forget to bring the keys," he ordered. "If you don't return in fifteen minutes, I'm calling the other guards and going in after you, so don't waste time."

eventually she stopped vomiting. She wiped the remnants of her last meal from her face. "Ugh....that was horrible." She said still feeling a bit nauseous but feeling a bit better after having evacuated everything from her stomach.

"Uagh!" Dag'rema cried out, burning fel-green blood leaking out from her face. "You have that right!" she hissed, grabbing the worgen's weapon arm and pinching down on his tendons with her razor sharp talons.
