Tool. Discuss.Emo, whiny, annoying, and nearly as bad as Nickleback.
Disagree. Nickelback is just horrible. They just are.
Tool, while not as bad, wasn't my favorite either.

Eh, Tool started out good.....then, suddenly, they followed Nickleback, Godsmack and countless other bands and created a crap ton of really similar songs...god, I hate Cold Play so much for that stupid Yellow album they put out; ruined so many good bands.

DragonForce has revealed a new singer
, for those that care. I actually really like his voice.
New album is tentatively set to be released in September <3

What are there "creative differences" with ZP Theart I read of?
I'm not a big DF follower but I do enjoy their music and I dislike lineup changes.

Most bands do. Some still sound okay.
Only band I've actually like more since deviating from their classic lineup is Opeth. Watershed is the best thing they have ever done IMO.

The line-up change you're talking about, is it Lopez (the drummer) or Lindgren (the guitar player)?
Meh, the album is a bit more experimental compared to the others, what with the bleeping that makes your ears bleed, the guitar that is getting de-tuned (or w/e you call it), the laughter changing after that ... Great album, but I wouldn't say it's better than the others. Just different.
Oh, and all these people saying Axenrot is "better" than Lopez (at least my dad is saying it all the friggin time), I disagree. All the fancy stuff Axenrot does is more on the foreground, which wasn't the case with Lopez' awesome grooves.
The line-up changes I have seen that were positive were Barlow returning as lead vocalist to Iced Earth, and Gavin Harrison playing the drums for Porcupine Tree.
Also, I totally forgot to post my own band, wtf!
Clicky
(not the best recording, but it's the only vid that's on YouTube)

Both. I just feel that Watershed just has a fresh sound that will hopefully carry the band on for another decade. Their tried and true style with Lopez and Lindgren, while fantastic, was bound to run out of steam eventually. Everyone does.

Not gonna disagree there :)
On that note:
WTB new album!
Watershed was released in 2008!
Although Akerfeldt might be busy with his project together with Wilson and Portnoy ...

Agree with that. Only one out of my Big 4 that I haven't seen live.
