I guess it is up to you to test the solo'ing part of many bosses in the 60 dungeons, before the update to onyxia, she was easily solo'd for good money.

Only two in MC that I haven't been able to solo are Gehennas and Golemagg. Everything else is easy once you do it a couple times and get the hang of the way the fights flow. ZG I haven't really tried too much... I did the tiger boss, and tried the Raptor once or twice. Karazhan I only do the first boss for the mount and haven't yet gotten around to trying the rest of the instance.
Like Chaos said, the level 60 instances are easy, and level 70 for the most part shouldn't be all that difficult as long as you actually judge pulls before you make them and don't assume you can pull the whole instance. You can even solo some level 80 dungeons as affliction if you're careful.

Gehennas and Golemagg are easy... Also, warlocks can solo Horseman and Moroes for sure, haven't really tried any others in Kara. As for ZG, every boss in there is easily soloable.

Every boss in ZG is easy as pie. Look up youtube videos if you are having trouble, chances are you are doing it wrong. For Hakkar, I just roll affliction and tank the boss myself. Never drop below 50%, in full PvE gear (I actually do everything in PvE gear -- stuff takes too long to die in PvP gear, and I am nowhere near the 17% hit cap).
For MC/ZG/AQ howtos, I will quote myself again:
