I believe Blizzard should include more names into their rejection filter. The game itself rejects player names such as "God" and "Jesus", if spelled correctly. I feel that when a GM forces a name change because of an inappropriate name, the name should be added to the rejection filter.
Such as the OPs issue. All names that have "Blizz" or "B1izz" or other spellings, should automatically be rejected.

Its one thing to make rules, and another to enforce them. But i propose Blizzard to go further and automatically reject them when creating a character. Might same a lot of time on the GM Tickets.

Names about smashing gnomes, which are clearly racist, should be banned.
^this, why does everyone hate gnomes?:(
