My current characters.
Leonesse (80 Mage), Eura (80 Mage), Elexis (80 Rogue), Eura (80 Druid), Annaya (80 Warlock), Ibien (80 Priest), Ibien (73 Warrior, currently leveling.)
Notable deleted characters.
Oh I can't remember any of them.
Future plans.
MAYBE a paladin. Maybe.
Stories.
I got RAF with a friend, twice, just to level alts. We got quite a few up to 60+ on two realms.
Once I felt like I didn't get far within WoW, just because I was leveling alts, so I decided to focus all my energy on one character. I deleted all my gear on all my characters except my Warlock.
Then grew tired of my warlock...

Im the worst kind of Altoholic. Im suppressing my Alotholic because i really just want 1 main character...but i just cannot do that. Its getting harder and harder every day to keep the Altoholic in me suppressed.

I'm jar4677 and I'm an altoholic.
My current characters.
Kiggo (80 Warrior), Kashu (80 Warlock), Eijaal (80 Druid), Verdya (80 Shaman), Ecrys (72 DK), Morit (71 Priest), Bayliana (65 Paladin), Meltheir (52 Hunter), Kiggar (33 Rogue), Xail (27 Mage).
Future Plans.
One of every class to 85 and all professions maxed.
Stories.
Kiggo, my Warrior, is actually my second 80 but is my 'favored child'. I created him to live in a cave in Winterspring with
Vi'el
the exotic reagents vendor so he could buy Felcloth for my Warlock's tailoring. Eventually I decided I had enough Felcloth (and Gromsblood) and that I would play this Warrior with every advantage except heirlooms and that from lvl 13 on I would only instance lvl and only complete instance quests. I bought him the best gear at every level and now all my other characters support him.

If I'm an altoholic, which alt do I choose as my "My name is..." section?
Fine, fine.
I'm Steelbelly, and I'm an altoholic.
My current characters.
Steelbelly: 80 Dwarf hunter, Nebethet: 80 Draenei shaman, Longtail: 80 Tauren druid, Maevene: 80 Blood Elf warlock, Kornakk: 80 Orc death knight, Ellieann: 80 Undead rogue, Elaenora: 70 Night Elf priest, myriad low-level alts scattered across numerous realms.
Future Plans.
Plans? Well, apart from playing my alts, and possibly having one of each class, I don't really make plans. I just go with whatever I'm feeling at the time, which is why I'm a jack of all trades, yet master of none.
Stories.
Warning, this is tl;dr!
I started playing in October, 2005. I had just joined some local friends, having just quit a different MMO. I was blown away - everything looked shiny and new, and *gasp*- you could jump! I played Steelbelly, my Dwarven hunter, all the way to sixty.
In mid-2006, I started to get tired of him, so I started a druid (Malesar) and a rogue (Ellieann), who I would play occasionally when I was feeling burned out on the hunter. They got to their twenties or thirties before I put them aside, as the Burning Crusade demanded that I level Steelbelly. I got Steel to seventy, and felt that burnout returning.
I ended up leveling my druid, my rogue, and a shiny new warlock (Marlene) to seventy, as well as starting a shaman, who I got to roughly forty. I also started alts on other realms- most of which hit the early to mid-twenty levels before going to pasture or getting deleted. My warlock ended up hitting seventy the week before Wrath came out.
I ended up leveling my druid first in Wrath, followed by my warlock, rogue, and then poor Steelbelly. My first character had become my least-played alt. After Steel hit eighty, I started doing dungeons on all the characters, but found it hard to focus on one. That, combined with the grind of trying to gear up four alts (who all had epic flight by now), caused me to go back and level Nebethet, my shaman.
I started off enhancement, but I wasn't very good at it. I switched to elemental at eighty, and have never looked back. It was a much, much better fit for my playstyle. However, I soon got tired of trying to gear her (and all of the others) again- so I started saving for
her
epic flight. After that, I started Elaenora.
Not long after, however, a local friend of mine started a Horde character. He was hardly ever on his Alliance toons any more, so when faction transfers became available, Malesar became Longtail, Ellieann became Evilynne, and Marlene became Maevene.
A few weeks ago, a good friend (also local) announced that his fiancee and he had decided that they were moving to Canada (she is Candian), and that the wedding would be out there. They both play on a PVP server, and I had been a carebear the whole time I had played. Thus, Evilynne the rogue moved to their PVP server (after getting some PVP gear), and her name was restored to Ellieann.
Thanks for reading the tl;dr!

Tradissa
I am Tradissa and I'm an altoholic.
My current characters.
Tradissa (80 Human Mage), MManson (80 BE Warlock), Stankbait (80 NE Priest), KMFDM (80 Death Knight), Snazzyjack (80 NE Hunter), Dirana (80 Gnome Rogue), Pallipower (80 Dranei Paladin), Healliesux (20 Human Warrior).
Notable deleted characters.
None
Future plans.
Healliesux
Stories.
I always start an Alt of the character I get pwn'd by in PvP, that way I know how to beat them.
Can't stun lock to save my life on a rogue.

Zorrah
Horde:
80 lock (current main)
80 druid (was my main for 2 years...all tank)
80 pally
80 warrior
80 rogue (herb/miner)
80 shaman (my only healer)
71 hunter
71 DK
Alliance:
80 lock (my very first toon)
70 mage
44 pally (leveling through LFD as tank for fun)
I have every profession at 450 over all my horde toons.
I tend to concentrate on a certain toon for several months at a time but I get burned out here and there and move to something different. Just my play style. I'm not much for end game, just love leveling toons.

I am Mineka and I'm an altoholic.
My current characters.
Mineka (80 Mage), Ekacri (80 Warrior), Lylandris (80 Warlock), Fhalynn (80 Priest), Khuîss (80 Death Knight), Déferlante (80 Shaman),
Vaelasa (80 Druid)
, Särah (80 Paladin), Lorakahn & ßriséis (80 Rogue), Samusaran (74 Hunter), Twistedleaf (65 Death Knight).
Notable deleted characters.
None over level 20.
Future plans.
Brillenclume (19 Paladin), Xhqdfgh (43 Warrior), maybe another Priest.
Stories.
My gnomes (mineka & ekacri) were my first characters, and I spent a lot of times learning the game while leveling them; respecing every three level and so on. I then created my warlock, destruction reminded me a bit of my mage. Affliction was interesting, and introduced me to the DoT world. thus my shadow priest was born. Then respeced discipline, rerolled a pally healer, etc.
Every time I ding max level and start messing around with the talents tree, I end up rerolling :[
I'm currently leveling a hunter, the last class I don't have yet to 80.

I have lots of characters but don't consider myself an "altoholic".
However, maybe not admitting I have a problem is a problem.

I am Cambo and I am an altoholic.
Current Characters:
Wandarar (80 troll hunter), Rajaz (80 troll shaman), Lazerlulu (75 tauren druid), Liston (47 undead warrior), Wololo (28 troll priest), Fuego (18 fire mage)
Significant Others:
Verandah (80 tauran blood DK), Vyndril (56 lolspec paladin) - Both deleted. Vyndril was my first real character, spec was all over the place and his gear was just as comical.
Future Plans:
I want a warlock and a ret paladin. And a feral DPS druid.
I think I prefer levelling than farming gear for my mains at end-game.

Hi,
My name is LankyBrit, and I'm an Altoholic. Horde, of course.
Currently: LankyBrit (80 Warrior), Trollbrit (80 Mage), Palabrit (80 Paladin), BMBrit (74 Hunter), LockyBrit (20 Warlock)
Others: None
Future Plans: FeralBrit (Druid), StealthyBrit (Rogue), DKBrit (DK), ShammyBrit (Shaman), HealerBrit (Priest)
I started with Warrior, but was just learning the game, and struggled all the way to 80. Then I started on my Frost Mage and loved it. It's now my main, fully geared and running Heroics and some ICC etc. I leveled my Paladin just to level, and am now working on my Hunter (which is a blast - I has Devilsaur!). Warlock is next and then on to the rest, while keeping up with my Mage (who buys Hierlooms for all the others).
Cheers.
