Hey guys, I'm in a doubt, if I can start doing icc10. Because I would really hate going in there undergeared, so, I'd ask you if you think I should go for it, or try to farm ToC25 a bit

(fixed link)
a profiler of my char, when I get 25 more emblems ^^
I've looked pretty much everywhere, theres nowhere some guidelines of stats you would need to tank icc10.
I'm only talking about the first 4 bosses, or like that
I know that I could possibly do it, but should I?

You are an enchanter? Something smells.
How so? He hasn't equipped any other profession boosts as far as I can tell - no JC gems, no BS sockets, no LW linings etc.
One tip for OP: You are well above the crit cap from defense and resilience, so you can enchant your chest with health.
As for the main question, it's pretty close. I'd probably prefer to see you at 40k health for ICC10, but the first bosses probably aren't too bad with your current gear. At least not after the buff has come along, it wasn't there when I was doing ICC10.

yes, I'm actually.. lvled through LFD (only) along with my friend, a resto shammy, and I thought that one of us should take enchanting, since it would be easy to lvl (I thought it would be easier than it was ;) )

yeah, I probably should ;)
well, I'm gonna give it a go.. and with the next buff coming tomorrow afaik (EU server) I should (hopefully) do fine :D

yeah, you should be alright. i was worse geared than that when i first hit ICC (way worse, actually...) and i managed it just fine.
so yeah, your gear is good enough, IMO. I would consider maybe putting some expertise/stam gems into your red sockets to try to hit expertise cap (26) but that is by no means necessary.
can i ask what your next frost purchase is going to be?

actually, just looking at this in a bit more detail, theres a few gems i dont quite agree with, namely your belt and chest. for your belt, throw in an exp/stam gem in the red socket, and for the chest, use an exp/stam in the red, and a def/stam in the yellow. as a rule of thumb, a socket bonus of 9 or 12 stam is one that you aim to hit. 6 stam is up to you (like in your shoulders) but the bonues on the belt and chest should be hit.
also, as said, you can get away with putting the health enchant on your chest.
and try to pick up the frost cloak next. it'll help a lot. once you start doing ICC, you'll get the rep ring pretty fast.
hm...nothing else i can see at the moment.
of course, all of that is just what i would do, but the expertise will help your threat gen, which is good if youre afraid you're low geared, and the defense will still help even if youre capped.
let us know what you do :D

yeah, I've thought about it as well, but, I've never seemed to have any threat issues, might change in icc ofc, but for now I'll stick to what I've got
about the frost purchase, I havn't really decided yet, I think it's going to be the cape, everyone seems to say thats what you should buy first ;)... but I dinged not to long ago, and have 'only' gotten 38 so far

oh, I have another question:
should I power-level a profession (and which, has to be viable for dps as well, so not mining)
or get either
Pillars of Might
or
Boots of Kingly Upheaval
but atm, I would only be able to afford one of the three choices ;)
I can really decided which would be better, legs or boots

your first frost should definitely be the cape. it was my first, and i still wear it. it basically wont get replaced.
just keep the expertise option in mind =)
as for the crafted pieces, i got the boots when i had the money, and right now, im trying to save to get the pants. the boots are also easier to get (only require revered with ashen verdict) so more people might have them.
it depends what you want to do once you get T10 though. personally, my choice is to get the pillars of might, and then eventually the rest of my t10.
what im trying to say is that out of the 5 t10 pieces, the one im not getting is the legs.
check this link. this list is pretty good (sorry if this isnt allowed ><)
http://www.tankingtips.com/2009/12/24/the-emblem-of-frost-pick-order/
read his explanations to. you can alter the list, but the general idea stays the same.
anyways, i gotta jet, i'll check back when i get home. have fun :D

You'll be fine on the first 4 bosses, I've tanked them on my DK who only has 32.5k hp. You would likely be ok for most of the bosses in there, although LK would hit you extremely hard.

thanks for all the responses
I'll guess I'll do fine ;)
He doesn't have enough frost emblems for a purchase. He is going to buy primordials and titansteel to craft one or the other. Which one is his question. I went with boots hoping the legs fall into place. Plus they are cheaper.
yeah, I do plan to buy the boots, but I'm not using my frosties on them, either I'll buy the primodials or I'll use my other chars frosties ;)
once again, thanks for all the helpful responses
