The Maelstrom? This is it, the big expansion, the one that adds all the other unknown zones, that fixes the world so you can fly around it, that gives access to the Elemental Plane with a new, radically different Old World and they could be saving it for
another expansion?
They could, you won't be able to fly from eastern kingdom to kalimdor or vice versa. There are still a lot of little island in the middle of the sea where we could go. Don't worry Vaalsha, they will add it at some point.

Rumours for the Maelstrom would see the Naga's kingdom rising up out of the maelstrom itself, with Queen Massive T1ts striking at that point. I'm hoping when Kul Tiras is introduced, we see something between Jaina and Tandred.

Who knows, maybe Kul'tiras navy will support Jaina in some way. But I doubt the isle of Kul'tiras will make an appearance in Cataclysm, but you never know ^_^.

The giant swirling whirlpool of death in the center of the ocean... and if we face off against Sargeras, two things happen; we all die or we 'kill' him and Warcraft ends.

not really, in the next 5 years we'll have WotLIK part 2 where we face off Bolvar and Have tirion as the next LK then rinse repeat in the next 5 years

more then likely it might be the alliance base for going into the maelstrom expansion where as the horde can move back into kazan and rebuild.
I don't think the other Cartels would like that too much... they already suffered under the Trolls, I can't see them accepting the Horde as the new leaders of their islands.

As much as I agree with you. If someone told you at the end of BC that the Night Elves and Highborne will be sharing Darnasuss once again what would you have said?
I've come to accept that once Blizzard gets an idea they run with it regardless. If it was otherwise we would have never had that "At Worlds End" ripoff at the end of Wrath.
Aye, but I can hope that Blizzard wouldn't do something really stupid like making all the Cartels part of the Horde.
