I learned that most people who play this game are complete @#$%^&*s and ^&*!@#bags who don't care about the social aspect, or about helping other people, but only care about themselves and how to flex their "epeen" and look to be better than everybody else.

Today I learned how to get add-ons at my guild's website (well sorta I still can't get them to work)

I've got another one. I've taken hundreds of mana strudels from mage tables before. However, it wasn't until I hit 80 with my mage and learned rank 2 of
Ritual of Refreshment
that I realized it costs
five
arcane powder! Mages are essentially spending half a gold every time they cast that spell.
I've always been a huge miser when it comes to casting spells with reagent costs. Ask anyone who's run with my paladin. The steep cost of the mage table had me reeling.

At 80, if you're running at least the daily heroic for your Frosts, you're not going to miss 50 silver.
And if you run more, you're still not going to miss it.
The most recent thing I learned (which was oh, November or so) is that if you hit (default map) "T" on your keyboard - yes, good ol' letter T - you will turn on/turn off auto-attack.
Ever notice how the melees or tanks in your groups always seem to be looting mid-battle? It's probably because they're right-clicking their new target, instead of simply hitting T.

I just learned there's a chair in Dalaran, in the Threads of Fate shop, upstairs that if you sit in the gnome vendor next to it will shine your shoes for you (giving you a 1 hr buff that gives you sparkly feet) for free. I thought this was really cute.
That. *goes to shop tonight*
I just finally learned why my character has been unable to see people outside ICC despite the interface saying my raid mates were standing right next to me...... (someone forgot he had a Crusader daily still in his log)

I learned there is a goblin in the Dalaran sewers (at the inn, where the bank etc are) that can convert all your emblems. So instead of going to all the different emblem quartermasters and exchanging them at each different npc (I always talk to the wrong guy at some point in the chain..) I can do it with a few clicks with
Usuri Brightcoin
:)

I just learnt that when converting emblems, you don't have convert them one at a time and you can actually convert all together at once. I can't believe it took a while for me to figure this out.
/bang head on desk
there is
this
npc, where you can change them all on one character and you dont have to visit all the different emblem vendors for it.

If you die, you can run to another Spirit Healer, log out, then res and you won't be ported back to the original Spirit Healer.
I'd read about people doing it, but I didn't know it was still in-game until now.
