So i go to a catholic school, and religion is one of my subjects.
We're in church history right now, and to be honest with you, religion is a burden that is holding my grades down like a 10-ton dumbbell.
Sure religion is important and all but this is severely stunting my academics.
Would they factor religion into my grades for high school graduation?

Depends what high school, really.
In my opinion, grading someone on religion is incredibly idiotic.

Having notes every day and having tests (with you writing an essay on every one) and projects (sparingly) as your only grades doesn't help

My school is
sort of
Catholic, it has Catholic tendencies but it's not a Catholic school, if you get my meaning. Anyway, GCSE RE was compulsary. I got an A* in it, no revision, no real care for the subject. All I did was construct an essay questioning the motives of God with a few random quotes/facts weaved in.
