I'm just posting because i have come across the phenomenon of bosses and mobs being immune to my eviscerates. I have seen it over too wide a variety of mobs and bosses for it to simply be some fight mechanic or other and i was wondering if;
1) anyone else had had this problem
2)anyone had a way to fix it or knew if it was a bug or something
Since i know someone will ask for examples of the bosses i've seen it on, heres a few of them. Cyanigosa, Ingvar, Bhronjam, Loken, the snake guy from Gundrak. I have also seen it on mobs from UK to HoR.
Thankyou in advance for any constructive answers =)

Are you entirely certain you didnt see Blade Twisting bouncing off? There is nothing in eviscerate that those bosses could be immune to, besides the dazing effect of blade twisting.
It all sounds very unlikely to me, if you'ld make a screenshot or post a combatlog somewhere I'ld be more inclined to believe you. If eviscerate was bugged like that the rogue community, including myself, would've noticed and be crying bloody murder by now.

I checked my combat log and it said that it was eviscerate. If i see it happen again anc can find it on the log i'll screenie and post. I mention it because i don't remember seeing it happen before patch 3.2 and i'm not sure i've seen it happen before 3.3

I haven't noticed this effect with Eviscerate but my rogue is still mob grinding in PvE.
I have noticed Envenom giving the error message 'you do not have enough energy' sometimes when I'm around 80+ energy. Usually this is on a random mob and just being used to drop with with a 3 stack or so of DP so not a big deal.
So far I keep forgetting to re-examine my macro to see if there's a logic issue in it but the tooltip via #showtooltip shows Envenom when I'm holding my proper modifier key.
Thinking it may be a different issue but displaying the wrong error message.
Note: I have double checked poison stacks during these instances and some of them were caused by no poison stacks as it wore off and I forgot to reapply it before engaging.

Recount is unreliable.
Does recount even log anything?
It reads from the combat log but doesn't generate one itself that I know of.
Even its graphs don't show anything specifically for 'immune', wouldn't it just show up as a miss?
Of course the best way to tell anything would be from a recorded log via the /combatlog command.
