Well now that all the 'you are a baddie' posts are done.
What class and spec is your team mate in this 2v2?
Warlocks have three different fears, two of which can be instant according to spec.
Did I mentions DoTs? Lots of DoTs?
Warlocks are the clothie antirogue to a large degree.
In 1v1 in say BG's, I still take them on but heavily focus on stunlocking them to keep them locked down as long as possible since they're going to Death Coil or Howl of Terror quickly to get you away.
As Sub, your main opener is often Ambush.
Against a Lock, I'd suggest either Garrotte or Cheap Shot (Garrotte's silence lasts longer but Cheap Shot gives you a stationary target) and forgo the heavy hitting starter. Either that or use kidney shot as your first finisher.
You also have CoS and Vanish. With Preparation you have 2 vanishes in this fight so don't hesitate one to gain the upper hand for another cheap shot/garrotte.
That's all 1v1 perspective, though.
In Arena play you're going to have to know how to work with your partner and which enemy to work towards a CC and which one to burn.

^ this guy didn't watch akrios's last movie... he duels a 2600 rated destro lock and it's a very narrow thing. Here's a link:

and watch the one named Tournament Realm Duels or something like that ft. Psyhawk and Dahis. It's not shadow dance but it should give you some idea of what to expect from an extremely pro destruction lock.
