Are you running recount (or any other meter of any sort)?
That's far more likely to be causing latency mid-fight.
What other addons beside grid are you running?

Theres a list up ^^
Sorry, I completely missed that somehow.
Yeah, I'd try turning off the things that are scraping or watching the Combat Log first (Recount and MBST, maybe some of the others, I don't recognize them all). Especially the ones that aren't central to you actually doing your job.

I'm not sure if you use it, but On my server, people are all over about what gearscore you have to be able to get into pugs and things, and almost everyone has downloaded the gearscore addon. Having this gearscore addon on while raiding makes your FPS low because it's still pinging off the other people in your raid trying to get the information. If you are using this, turn it off and you'll have better proformance

For healing, me and my bro always used Vuhdo.
Most complete raid ui, imo.
And never caused any lag for me.
You should try it out.

I had some FPS problems awhile ago, and I used that repair open that the game has. It helped alot, but completely deleted my addon and wtf folders so i had to reinstall and set up everything again.
