and yes there is a trojan adam that can hack through authenticators:
http://retributionpaladins.com/trojan-hacks-blizzard-authenticor-protected-accounts/
and there are other sites that tell of this same trojan, which seems to be purely desinged to hack through authenticators. besides i can never get an authenticator anyway unless they put one in the cataclysm box.
I know there is, but with an authenticator, it only has a 30 second window at most to get in before the code is changed again; with a non-authenticator account, it has a long as it wants to get in, steal your keys, and get out.
As for the rest, fine, if you don't want our help, take it to an actual computer store and they'll do it for you... and probably suggest the same things we are.

Want a solution that doesn't involve wiping your computer? Your only other choice is to spend days working out how to solve it with some people who may very well not feel much like helping you in the first place. Download and install
Hijack This!
and upload the reports it generates to the suggested support forums.
You can either spend up to a couple weeks zeroing in on your problem and getting it fixed one step at a time (if people are gracious enough to donate their time to your cause), or you can save yourself a LOT of work and format your computer and reinstall everything. Approach it however you want, but I would rather wipe my machine and be back to using it in its full capacity in a matter of a day instead of waiting for a week or two.

Go to a freinds computer (a clean one)...create a gmail/hotmail account then log in and change your battlenet email address and then password. Get an authenticator. If necessary reformat your computer. But I would try dLing Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Adaware, Spybot S&D, Hijack This! and running them all. I had all sorts of things going and finally one found the offender. That's pretty much all the ones I used to get rid of my infection.
PS: DO NOT log into your WoW account on your compromised computer until you have cleaned it totally. Use the gmail/hotmail account you created ONLY for Wow. If you can get an authenticator, add it on the friends computer as well. If yu have too, get someone to order on for you and send it on.

I would be more than happy to order an authenticator for the OP and mail it to him. If you would like, contact me at securitypointers(at)gmail(dot)com and we can talk about it there.
Just because the authenticator can be defeated doesn't mean it's likely to happen. Just don't download cracked versions of software or sign up to use shady sites. Create a NEW email address (from a CLEAN computer) and use it specifically for your b.net address and nothing else. If you use gmail, you can even configure it to forward messages to your usual email address.
Name one security device that cannot be cracked. You can't. Because there isn't one. Security devices exist to either buy time or frustrate a thief enough that the thief goes looking for an easier target. Again, email me. I'll get you set up.

try to buy a good antivirus like kaspersky, NOD32. Don't get the free version or illegal (Cracked). This is make a huge difference. If you want to be safe for this time i suggest you follow what TheRealArkayn said above.
telling me to wipe my computer is not something i like hearing. dont know why people always say that, seems to be the "if its all infected BLOW IT UP" mentallity, instead of telling me how to simply fix it, i show essentially blow my computer up.......no.
i hate hearing that, its telling me the person isnt even caring to put much thought into my problem and just tellsme to wipe my computer because they dont care enough to give me a real idea.
Dude, chill. Sometimes it gets to the point that formatting the hard drive is the only option. No need to rage at those that are suggesting this course of action.
Sounds like you have a virus that reinstalls itself, or your antivirus isn't able to remove it completely. If you were to take it to any kind of expert, they'd tell you the exact same thing, and charge you exorbitant amounts of money for it.
It's not that we don't care, and yes, this is a real solution. Next time, make sure your PC is completely safe by following
the guide
TheRealArkayn posted.
And above all else:
formatting your hard disk is not the end of the world

They are giving you good advice; sometimes the best way to do it is start over.
no that is the advice of someone who really doesnt give a crap about my situation and just gives me the most thoughtless way of fixing it. yes it would fix it, but i seriously dont want to go through all that crap.

The best thing to do is reformat and start over. That clears the slate. It's not bad advice or an overgeneralization to your problem. If I were in your position I would reformat, yeah it sucks but you deal with the hand you're dealt.
