Some general things only here.
You did indeed start to gem ArP way to quickly, leave it be for now as you should gain ArP quickly once you get some ICC pieces.
Some fast tips.
-Get expertisecapped, if needed by gemming.
-Get the agilityring instead of the strength one from rep(ashen band), that's 60DPS increase right there.
-If you gem ArP forget about ArP trinkets. Get the one from the second bos on 10men.
-just for good messures as I know you know this, gem your back/shoulders/feet
-Get a better neck.
Other then that it looks decent although the hit on both your bracers and chest is such a waste. Ditch those hitpieces fast and get below 200hit as fast as possible. Get those last expertiseratings and look out for as much ArP as possible.
DONT buy the plate belt if you plan on replacing your belt, the leather one is way better.
-If you don't run with a paladin that has imp. BoM PLEASE get Commanding pressence 5/5
-UW is pretty useles imo, I would rather take commanding pressence and imp execute/imp cleave

One thing to do when getting into the furry scene is to keep an open mind. You will experience some things that might not be exactly what you are looking for, but try not to judge. Take some risks, you might find you enjoy some of the situations presented to you.
Remember, just have fun out there, and be safe.
