Focus on the melee, the casters don't matter as much, considering you can just taunt them or leave a consecrate under neath them.

It might help knowing which side you were on too. Facing the boss, 2 melee and 1 caster spawn on the left and 2 casters and 1 melee spawn on the right. You need to focus more on the melee than the casters. Seal of command can help. Save avengers shield for the casters. Times like this is why I cringe when I see some retard with only 1/2 imp judgement and 1/5 benediction because an 8 second judgement cooldown can really help here if you have problems with mobs getting loose.

I stand a few feet away from the first step going up toward the add spawn...just before they spawn make sure you cast Divine Plea...then Consecration...and then when they spawn, quickly cast HoR on the left melee, Avenger shield on the right Melee, then Judgement on the middle melee...then I walk backwards a bit to make sure they are all following me, and when they are close to each other, cast HotR and turn them all around with their backs to the rest of the raid...then start your rotation, they won't go anywhere.
Edit: I also use SoV the whole fight rather than SoComm...maybe thats why your losing agro becuase if the adds arnt close enough to eachother then SoComm won't cleave, but SoV will always be damaging ticks if you were able to get a couple shots on each of them, which makes it much easier to grab them back if one gets away. Remember, melee, HotR, Judgements, and ShoR all proc a Vengance tick. So for 3 adds, by the time you hit your 2nd HotR(approx 6 - 8 seconds), you should have enough stacks on each add to hold them in place, just switch targets every few seconds..

I feel oddly compelled to respond to this, seeing as I was just examining my 25's way of handling it.
We'd normally split the tanks up so that two were on one side (two Warriors, sometimes Warrior/Druid), and one (myself, the Paladin tank) was on the other side. A Hunter would trap the third add on my side and it'd be a cakewalk.
Well I got tired of that and chimed in that I was fine with all three. I soon discovered that while I may be "fine," I was not 100% in control of all three at once the first couple times.
That MSPaint Masterpiece up there describes it perfectly however. Just don't be afraid to taunt or get a bit of extra help. A Rogue tossing out ToT or a Hunter giving you a MD consistantly for one of those mobs WILL make your life easier, and you won't be any worse a tank for it.

Avenger's Shield on one, Hand of Reckoning on one and hit the last one with ShoR or even use HoJ. I'll draw you a picture:
Here!
You should see the idea. I hope my crappy paint skills help! You can also ask for some Missdirections or a rogue to Trick you, a wise player would say "Sure!".
Thats Great. Try to get Over the caster and get the melee to come to you.

Tanks only tank the melee adds. The casters, so far, have not been a threat to anyone who had aggroed them on either 10 men normal, heroic, or 25 men normal difficulties.
One tank for the left side. Stand next to add number one spawn point. Taunt add number two as soon as he spawns. Change targets to add number one. Hit him with something. Then hit add number two with something. Then AoE tank them.
One tank for the right side + the back. Stand next to add number one spawn point. Hit him with something, and run to the back. Check if the add coming from there is a caster or a melee. If he is a caster, ignore him. If he is a melee, taunt him and run to him to deal more aggro. Then AoE tank them.
(seriously, if LDW adds are a problem, what would you do on Valithria 25)
You can:
a) Ignore the casters all the time (if you are bad).
b) Tank the melee so that you also hit the casters with your AoEs (if you are good).
For both cases it is important to not spend attention or GCDs to aggro casters.
