Actually, to shorten your experience of dealing with the young and impressionable, just send them the link to the Warlock FAQ here. Then if they have questions, they can come back to you with them. Or post them here and be called noobz and trolls.

Trying to educate people is good... but imo, we have a lot of very good guide on wowhead, wowwiki or other wow website. If players don't search by themselves, they will become more lazy that they already are. Some short advices can be appreciated, but don't do all the job.
