I just released version 1.6.10 which now has a greater timeout value (20 seconds up from 10 seconds). It should help uploading.

Too... many... suspension... points....
i have deleted the regedit
What did you delete in the Windows Registry?
then it just closed down
What do you mean exactly? Did the Client close right after updating? What happens when you launch it again?

Hi again,
I've used WorkinNTN workaround, by renaming all the .wdb files
but one
, starting with the smallest, and could upload them all one by one ! So, as far as I'm concerned, this did it for me :-)
Thanks again for the responsive and quality support !

Saw this thread referenced in a locked thread on Page 1 for an error I suddenly started getting about 3 hours ago: When uploading I get "Authenticating" for about 5 seconds followed by "The network connection was aborted by the local system". On checking Wowhead.com I've also noticed that website is taking a
loooong
time to finally respond though actual page load time (once I get the response) seems normal speed. I'm not seeing an connection issues with any other websites/programs or any latency in network traces between my machine and the site.

The site itself is having some issues with the new servers, which we're working out right now. Those aren't (or shouldn't be) connected to the issues with the Client. We're working on those also, separately. :)

Thanks for using the Wowhead Client!
This is version 1.6.11, built on August 4, 2010.

After reading a lot of posts/FAQ's whatsoever I decided to ask for some help.
So here it goes, I'm running win 7 ultimate 64 bit and Wowheadlooter isn't recording any data while in game.
I have no idea what the problem is, whenever I log it says it collected successful i've tried to do the "/wl collect" command myself and upload but the button is always gray and at 0 "count" with 32 "size".
I've tried re-installing the client, deleting the addon so the client can create a new one, run in various compatibility modes, but NOTHING works.
Would really aprecciate some help if possible as I've tried everything I remember for now so far.
Thank you.

Could you upload a screenshot of the Client's interface? That would be helpful :)
Edit: Also upload the Client's log. (Menu > View > Browse Log History)(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##mystadio##DELIM##

Hello again, as you requested I have the screenshots now.
1 -
http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/8376/pic1f.png
- launched wow, entered the game, got the confirmation msg from Wowhead Looter that it successfuly collected all the data, anyhow I did /wl collect just to make sure.
2 -
http://img834.imageshack.us/img834/6787/pic2o.png
- re-opened the client as you can see by the time on the log, everything is on 0, just like the addon has not recorded anything when it gave me the msg it did record.
3 -
http://img828.imageshack.us/img828/1889/pic3v.png
- this are the logs that I have for now, i've tried deleting the folder before, the logs aswell, nothing worked, this is what I have for now, as you can see I have the files but the client is telling me that I don't which is kinda weird. Keep in mind I've tried to re-install client several times, deleting the addon so the client can create a new one, run in admin, run in compatiblity for win xp, vista and everything that my mind remembered but nothing seems to work.
One thing I should mention, yesterday I deleted the Cache folder, and the size that was "32" for all types (creatures, items, etc..) resetted back to "0".
I've tried to repair wow aswell to see if I was missing something but everything is allright.
I have "uploading data" option on client checked aswell, and the path to wow.exe is right.
Hope this helped and that you can help me.
Thank you.
