So what's the meanest thing you've ever done in WoW?

I was queueing for any instance (Norm OR Heroic) where the Bouquets of Red/Ebon Roses would drop, for the
Love is in the Air!
achievement. I'm level 80, and ended up with a low-70s Tank, that just wasn't geared or skilled for the job. Without intending to, I kept stealing aggro. I'd try to slow down my rotation, but it would still happen. I was even wanding some mobs, with my
Brimstone Igniter
.
The Tank was not only not tanking, but they were making dumb excuses for the things they were doing. And so, I started ramping up my DPS... popping my trinkets and racials, every time they were off cooldown. I practically ended up tanking the instance. Especially, after the Tank went down in the final battle with Ingvar. (I think the Healer might've had enough. Or, they switched to keeping me healed up, as their primary)
Otherwise, I try not to be a jerk.
Racing for a rare mount, though? All's fair. If I saw the TIme-Lost Proto-Drake, I'd ninja my own mother!

Yeah, I'm going to have to find out who the Alliance equivalent is for Gamon. Since hitting 80, I've been getting so many beggars, it's crazy.
Go, stand at a vendor, and someone will even start out the conversation by opening the trade window. (Why does that feel violative, as if a company were already accessing my bank account, and just wanted me to "sign here?")
Great thing to do with gold-beggars? Put 100 gold on the trade window, then go do something else for a good ten minutes. I'm amazed that I'll come back, and some of them will still be there, hoping I'll click the button.

I'm going to have to try that one, would be a great opportunity for a sandwich break. Even on my level 30 chars I get people who do that when I'm standing at a mailbox. Can't figure out what they think I'm going to do though.

Hmmm..
This is kinda hard. I think that some of the badmouthing of certain players (deliberate humiliation) would probably be the meanest thing I've pulled in WoW.
Of course, nothing beats killing people by kiting Omen to Orgrimmar. But that was for fun, and I was a Horde Hunter..soo.....

The meanest thing I've done in wow? Kill critters. There is no reason to be blatantly rude to people. It's not only immature and pathetic but it could potentially ruin someones day.

A long time ago in bootybay..
Im on the boat, waiting for it to sail ship to ratchet, when suddenly a horde char comes running towards the &*!@ and just makes it on the ship the second we set sail.
Also that second i queu mindcontrol and run him back off the ship, just before it zones out :)
Ah, this reminds me of something my roommate used to do with his priest. Back when most races had a very small underwater breathing timer he would stand out on the bay in booty bay since it was far enough out the guards wouldn't agro to you if you did something. He would wait for flagged players to come through and MC them, then make them swim as far out and down into the water as he could. By the time the MC wore off they were to far underwater to come up before they drowned.

I did that shortly before buying my mammoth. Just put all 16k in the window and went to have myself a pre-celebratory feast.

I don't usually complain much in a pug. But one day I was tanking SM: Armory... I was level 34, pretty low for the Armory, so I was marking my pulls and going carefully. Had two mages in the party, so it shouldn't have been a huge problem.
BUT one of the mages wasn't paying any attention to the marks or chat. I'd pull, the good mage would sheep and the bad mage would pyroblast sheep. Eventually I just let him tank his mob - sans heals after whispering the healer. Then I took the time to chew him out for his behavior before giving him a swift boot with the words "DPS is easy to find." (Had a replacement in less than a minute - this is before the LFD system)
---
More funny than mean (since he deserved it) - had a rogue attempt to wipe the group using tricks of the trade on my holy paladin and fan of knives on a nearby group of spiders in Old Kingdom. Lightning-quick bubble, and one failed Vanish attempt later a dead rogue found himself without a group.

I'm just a prick in general mainly in PuG raids. I'm contantly correcting the RL on his aprouch towards certain encounters, especiely in ToC but already doing it since Karazhan.
And the most fun thing is that mostly there're some people that know me and we have a nice chat in raidchat, asking how it's going, about their guildprogres etc.(let's say that in an average ToC25 PuG I know about 5-7 people), now it's clearly some know me and to a certain extent know what I'm doing I start undermining the RL.
I often end up as the RL by the end of the run. Others get annoyed and telling me to stop on wich I simply answer "or else what? Do your job then I don't have to do it".
I have never been kicked realy even after being an ass simply because he knows kicking me would result in him losing at least 5 people+he knows damn wel I know it better then him.
I swear now everything is PuG'ble everyone thinks they can lead it. Most RL's are people who invited 9-24 people, but leading? I rarely saw a RL actualy lead a raid, most don't have the brain for it...
Yes I love being an ass and a pain in the but of RL's :p.
