Glyph of SW:P, is it limited to one mob?

I'm just wondering if you dot up say...10 mobs with SW:P, would each tic from each individual mob give you back mana from the
glyph
?
With one mob the effective MP5 gained is about 64 mp5. This is not terribly impressive but in fights where there are a lot of adds or just on trash it could become a considerable factor.

I'd assume it does.
The thing is mana regen isn't normally an issue for DPS, I don't see why a PvE SPriest would want to use that Glyph over a throughput orientated one.
Basically, it makes your SW:P "cost" 6% less mana (considering 6 ticks giving back 1% mana each), so instead of costing 22% of your base mana, it "costs" 16% (after return).
However, with the Pain and Suffering talent, you get to re-apply SW:P without casting it, so I guess the Glyph could turn out to be a very good source of mana regen, but if it's not needed, then you're wasting a Glyph slot.
Disclaimer: All of the above is "imho", obviously, and I must point out the fact that I don't play Shadow, so my logic might be flawed and my opinion might be overlooking key SPriests mechanics I'm not aware of.

^ this.
There really aren't other good choices for us for major glyphs that would be significantly more useful. I WILL say, that I do appreciate the mana return and if I didn't have it, I would probably be freaking out significantly more about OOMing or getting close to it. This is during boss fights of course.
In heroics, as I'm farming my frost badges once daily, I find that it's helpful there because I don't have to drink as much from all of the multi-dotting I'm doing.
