Okay. That Kat rework still makes her extremely vulnerable to CC. I like her W and E change though. Her Q change just reminds me of Akali though.

Also I just went 0-1-24 in Soraka ranked. Got placed in 1304 ELO (first 5 placements).

Following up on my other post, let's try making Master Yi viable.
Double Strike (Passive)
: Every 10 basic attacks, Master Yi will do a quick second attack. The second strike CANNOT activate on-hit effects. Attacks on champions will cause the passive to stack faster.
Makes his clear times in the jungle a little less ridiculous. Also a tooltip clarification. Change may NOT be needed.
Alpha Strike
:This ability now prioritizes champions but the range to subsequent targets is shorter. AP scaling is now 0.45, down from 1. In addition, the first target struck will be slowed by 30% for 2.5 seconds. Damage (INCLUDING PROC), mana cost, and cooldown reduced by about 25%, excluding AP scaling.
Makes AP Yi less overbearing in team fights but makes Master Yi's overall laning a little stronger by allowing harassment on enemy champions. In addition, Alpha Strike becomes a lot more important to use to determine which target you want slowed. The Alpha Strike cooldown reduction is to make more use of items like Lich Bane or Trinity Force and because most of Yi's kit eats a lot of mana as it is and having the gap closer more accessible outside of Highlander is helpful.
I am contemplating whether to give Alpha Strike AD scaling or not. Yi already scales so well late game that it's PROBABLY a no...
Meditation
: AP scaling reduced to 2.0, down from 4.0. Base heal increased by a pretty large amount (probably like 25% or so). In addition, the channel continues through crowd control, reducing crowd control by 30/35/40/45/50% during the time but negating the heal when crowd controls would normally stop the heal. Bonus armor and magic resist reduced by 50 for all ranks.
This makes the usage of Meditation more of a choice when playing as a conventional attack damage/bruiser Yi. Do you want to deal damage, or do you want to predict oncoming CC and negate it greatly. The other changes are so that AP Yi doesn't just turn into a "press Q, press W" sort of play. See Wuju Style for more.
Wuju Style
: Increases attack damage by 10/15/20/25/30 + (.05) AP. When activated this effect is doubled for 7.5 seconds. No longer disables the passive effect on cooldown afterwards. As a result, no longer causes Highlander kills to cause Wuju Style to effectively have tripled effect while active.
Wuju Style has been a rather sore point for me. If you score a kill with Highlander while Wuju Style is active at max rank, you get a whopping 105 attack power. This makes building Zeals and Phantom Dancers a LOGICAL strategy because Yi scales with all the stats on those items extremely well. Giving Wuju Style AP scaling is more of a matter of making AP Yi able to damage between Alpha Strikes, giving AP Yi similar choices as AD Yi in terms of gameplay. It also allows AP Yi's kit to not be one huge burst that may or may not result in an insane multi-kill snowball (i.e. Alpha Strike AP ratio nerf is justified).
Highlander
: Mana Cost reduced by 25%
Not much else to say about it. This defines Master Yi and thus, I wouldn't really change it. However, as I said before, this may help with some of Yi's Mana issues.

Don't build a Nashor's. Rest isn't a bad idea.
But it has lots of attack speed. and cd Reduction.
You're better off building an item like Ghostblade. Hybrid AP + Attack Speed items are generally terrible for their price.
Also...no one is gonna give feedback on my rework idea?
