Filter - Purchasable With - Missing Emblem of Frost

Howdy,
In the item database, when I go to apply a filter, and I select "Purchasable With", there is no Emblem of Frost in the list.
IE:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items=4.1&filter=cr=118;crs=40752;crv=0
