Well, if it were me, I would choose the class that is the most versatile.
I have been playing for a few years now and I have come to find out that it gets old playing a class that can only do one role. I played an Orc Warlock forever, but then I suddenly realized I wasn't such a huge fan of only being able to DPS. So, I leveled a Paladin. I haven't looked back since.
I tanked with him as I dinged 80, got him full Naxx 25 geared before I realized I didn't enjoy it as much. Then I started gearing him for healing, (I rolled OS on a lot of the holy gear that wasn't needed for MS by anyone, so I had a pretty good head start). The second I was confident enough in my healing set, I switched specs, learned a little bit on how to heal as a Paladin, and gave it a shot. I have been a Holy Paladin ever since. I have a ret OS, but it's not like I use it much. I bet he only pulls 4K. I roll on Ret gear as an OS when I get the chance, but I am not serious about it.
The Shaman and the Paladin are both equally as versatile, just in different ways. They can both DPS or Heal, but a Paladin only has one form of DPS, but can also tank. Whereas the Shaman has two forms of DPS.
It's entirely up to you from here. All three of those classes are going to be great at farming achievements and what not, but the Paladin and Shaman are your best bet for being the least boring, (in my opinion anyway).
The mage is probably the best for PvP, so if PvP is your thing, play it.
On a final note, the way I look at it, once you get your current spec fully geared with all the badges you need, (whether it be Triumph or the new Frost badges) you'll be able to focus on your OS for badges now, too. I hated that on my Warlock. The second he didn't need anymore badges or gear for his DPS spec, (his only spec) I felt like I had so much less to do. It got boring extremely fast.
Well, good luck in whatever you choose!
