As for the patch, how well is the quest tracker working? QH hasn't been 100% awesome for me in a while, and if the new quest tracker is working as well as it sounds, I can dump QH and save myself a large chunk of addon space.
Edit: The release date ISN'T officially today. The release date is soon.
