/run TargetNearestEnemy()
and
/run TargetNearestFriend()
Are protected, so I don't think you can use them easily in a macro. The reason is, "farming while you're on the phone" could be considered botting, and thats against the rules. If you know the name of the mobs you want to kill, or of several mob types in the area, however, you COULD use:
#showtooltip
/tar <mob name>
/tar <mob name>
/tar <mob name>
/tar <mob name>
/cast <attack spell>
What this does (I think, I havent tested it yet) is look for a living copy of <mob name>, skipping up to 3 nearby dead copies, then, if it found a living one, cast the attack spell.
