Honestly we can't decide for you. Only you know what you actually need on a phone.
Some things I use:
Stanza - ebook reader
Pandora - internet radio on your phone
Mobile Armory
Bank of America (or whatever your bank is) Mobile App
AIM
Wikipedia
Rogue - remake of the old-school game

So last week I switched from Verizon to AT&T But the Verizon Droid is coming out soon and is supposed to beat the iPhone on practically all fronts! I think you may have switched too soon.

(most likely why Verizon has doubled it's cancellation fee)Just to clarify that, Verizon did raise their early termination fee, but only on the high-end devices. The lower class phones still have the old ETF. The 2-year pricing that Verizon offers really cuts into their profits if the customer were to buy a new high-end cell, cancel early, and end up paying less in total than the device is actually worth. It's just Verizon recouping their costs based on the rising cost of cell phones.
