Why do you have plague strike glyphed? Use dark death instead. Also, you should max out morbidity to add to the use of dark death. Unless your damage meter is showing plague strike that much more of a percent of overall damage than death coil.
Other than that, you'd really have to go into specifics of what your rotation is, what your current dps is and what you were doing before?
By before do you mean you were using obliterate instead of death strike? (I don't think so since you have death strike glyphed)
Your expertise is kinda low, did that drop from your old gear? Don't forget bosses can still dodge your attacks from behind.
