You will do better if you use a SV build, something like this:

SV is more forgiving at lower gear levels.
kill shot
explosive shot
black arrow
serpent sting
aimed/multi shot
steady shot
I personally macro rapid shot, kill command and my trinkets into black arrow but use whatever set-up you are comfortable with.

Time to upgrade the gear, run heroics and the daily for emblems. All that leather makes me think you are a rogue! As you start upgrading your chest, shoulders and helm your hit will go up, so I would not take focused aim. Also keep gemming with +20 agil when you can, as it will often be better than getting the socket bonus.
Like the above posted mentioned, the 3 points in hunter's mark are better off elsewhere. If you were to use the spec I mentioned above, you would see a modest 30 dps improvement with your gear.

Thanks for the input...I really am struggling with that on the surface, but will try it out and see. 15g is not much to give up on a test.
Save the gold and use the spreadsheet.
