Hacked; chances of recovery?

I woke up this morning an hour late to find an email stating one of my characters got transferred onto some random realm. On further investigation I found all my chars almost completely stripped of gear, gold, and emblems, as well as my guild's bank (co-GM with full access, GMs gonna be ^&*!ed) and my bank alt's personal guild bank, also cleaned. Keylogger is doubtful, seeing how I monitor my PC with Comodo Firewall, but it's just as much of a possibility. My two 80s got free char transfers, and another char a paid.
I've sent tickets and submitted forms for recovery. Hopefully, Blizzard will let me have my items back. My question is, how does Blizzard do recovery? Do they roll back your character? I have a massive amount of novelty items as well as a few retired items (Ony-60, Naxx-40). How much of the stuff will I be getting back? Anyone get hacked badly enough to know?

They can get most stuff back. At least that's been the experience for the people I've known who were hacked. One thing to do know if figure how it happened. There's only a few possibilities.

Ive got hacked many times
Negative.
Neither of you has been hacked.
You either embezzeled your account data or you don't know how to use your PC properly. WoW accounts don't get hacked.

Changed my password same-day from a secure PC, 4 days later I got banned for the market exploitation that took place when I got hacked. Day after I got unbanned and got all of my items mailed back, down to the vendor-trash in my inventory, and soul shard used or destroyed (for some reason) by the hacker. Or maybe it's the hacker's soul...
Either way, thanks for the advice and help.
