i get a
Profile Unavailable
This character profile could not be displayed, possibly for one of the following reasons:
* The character has been inactive for an extended period of time.
* The character name was spelled incorrectly.
* The profile is temporarily unavailable while the character is in the midst of a process such as a realm transfer or faction change.
* Characters that have been deleted are no longer available on the Armory.
if i click your link.
but i search your name "madox" and find :

is this you ?
if so, i think the lack of expertise could be the cause of it. bears need to reach the soft cap expertise @ 26 to be able not dodgeable... just hover the expertise link and see the tool tip "reduce the chance to be dodged and parried".
if i'm not mistaken we need to reach the soft cap to be able not dodgeable (1st effect) and the hard cap to not be able to be parriedable...
this is my armory link.. and i always successfully taunt gormok successfully with 0 failure

(if it show my resto tree, probably i logout in resto spec, lol.)
any way i have 44k hp in bear form, 267 hit rating and 30 expertise rating :)
thanks in advance.,

Um, Expertise does not affect Taunt. Taunt is treated as a spell, which means it bypasses dodge and parry, and can only miss. (i have a feeling it sometimes says "imunne" instead of "miss") Thus you need to stack Hit Rating to make your Taunt work 100% of the time. The ammount of hit required... im not sure really, i think it was 13% or so.
Anyway, missing taunts have nothing to do with game mechanics imo. Its just the way things in this universe work :B
If an event only has a 1:1.000.000 chance to occur, it occurs 9 times out of 10.
(murphy laws... screwing your life since day 0)
edit: oh i so wish there were some interesting discussions about feral tanking, or tanking overall. boring forums are boring ._.

This happened to me also, the cause was that my Main-Tank was spamming his taunt every cooldown while he had aggro because he thought it added threat. The result was Goremok became immune to taunt, and I couldn't get him off when it was time. Ask your MT if he is doing this (I consider our MT to be rather knowledgeable, and he was still unaware that Taunt does nothing if you're already top on Aggro, and also unaware that Taunt caused diminishing returns immunity -- it's a pretty common misconception among casual players).
Edit: When your taunt fails, it will say either "Immune" or "Miss" -- Immune means your MT is at fault, Miss means you're incredibly unlucky. Even with a worst-case 17% miss chance, the odds of having it Miss 3 times in a row is ~0.5% (1 in 200). The odds of 3-missing twice in a row is like 1 in 50,000 (assuming I did that math right).

I've never had this problem with my bear. So im going to have to agree with Heckler on this one.. Either the main tank was still taunting, or you need your expertise up.
taunt
Maul up
FF
Lacerate
Usually by the time the maul hits, im at the top of the aggro list.
I take with Pallys and warriors..
my 2 cents..

This is probably it. Taunting several times in a row will make the boss immune to it. If your MT is spamming taunt or even if you are rotating the boss very fast the taunt immunity will kick in.
If there was no such thing as taunt immunity you could theoretically position on tank at one end of the room and the other tank at the other end and just taunt-bounce the boss back and forth between them. This would completely destroy boss fights and that's why a taunt immunity after several taunts in a short timespan is needed.
