Character: Thorlan Breaker
Location: Badlands
Thorlan had his blade and shield out, keeping them up and fighting back at the mutated buzzard.
"Back! Back you fiend!" Thorlan shouted, slashing his blade and taking off one of it's talons. The buzzard screeched, nearly making Thorlan go deaf.
"Die!" Thorlan yelled, taking out an bow and arrow while dropping his shield, firing the enchanted arrow at the buzzard's throat. It was a clean shot, going through and killing the beast.
"Damn animals," Thorlan muttered, sheathing his bow back.

Tahlia Martin

Ghost Walker Post Ruins, Desolace
"What in the world?" She muttered, sitting on a rock and staring into the chest while Windrider hunted around, making small noises as she looked up at her rider every once in a while. Tahlia looked through the chest, pulling things out and laying them done her cloak which she had spread out in front of her.
She had pulled out several magical items, a ring a scepter and others, but they were standard objects, things any adventure could pick up. But the real treasure was in the bottom; a book. Chuckling, Tahlia pulled it out and looked at the other artifacts.
"Well, if nothing else, I can sell them. Might be a few more weeks before I get to major city and my bank vault." She said, putting the trinkets back into the box and sending it to the storage pocket, then looked over at Windrider.
"Alright girl, I'm going to walk to Neji's Point, I want to look around this place a bit more, so.... Hunt!" She called, and the hippogryph sqwuaked, launching herself in the air and shot off, spiraling upwards to find some prey. Laughing, Tahlia walked off, her cloak blowing behind her in the warm wind off the plain.

Characters: Miriam Magebow & Av'ka
Location: Thunderbluff
Miri was looking at a bright purple shirt, holding it up to her thin, bony body and looking at herself in the mirror in front of the tailor's shop. "Mm.. I think I'll take it. It's a bit expensive.. but.. It will make me look so much better, don'tcha think Alabast?" she said giggling and tilting her head at the white worg.
Av'ka was busy looking at the scenerly, rather than the goods displayed in the shop. She jumped when the male blood elf approached her, asking for directions to spirit rise. "Um.. uh.." she stuttered, unable to look in his eyes.
Miri saw Av'ka's discomfort and turned to intervene. "Hi!" she said happily. "I'm Miriam, but you can call me Miri. This is Av'ka, my best friend, and my partner in crime, Alabast." she tilted her head to the side and bit her lip. She had always thought blood elves were cute.. who didn't? "My friend's a little shy," she added. "But we know the way. This is my first time in Thunderbluff, but I already know my way around pretty much," she grinned proudly. "Come on let's go!"
She quickly paid for the shirt, looped her arm through Av'Ka's and held her hand out to the blood elf.
((lol she's a little childish and friendly xD))

Thorlan watched as the Badland's grounds were covered in more lava, the dangerously hot molten rock covering much of the ground now.
"I have to leave today, if I don't... tonight it my last night alive," Thorlan said. He took his grappling hook and threw it higher to the mountain top, knowing he would have to do a risky move over the dangerous land now.

Miriam blushed as the blood elf grabbed her hand, and imediately turned and shared a little giggle with Av'ka, who winked at her. The druid may be reserved and shy with strangers, but Miri and her had been friends for a long time, and she opened up completely with her.
"Well.. just trying to figure out where to go.. the Barrens has become a hell hole, so we made a stop here to gather some supplies and figure out what to do next." Miriam replied.
Av'ka piped up, her voice soft and timid. "I wanna help the earth get better, too. Azeroth is dying.. and... it hurts," she said sadly, looking at the ground.
Miri placed her head on her friends shoulder sympathetically, and then turned to the blood elf. "What about you? What brings you here.. Mister.. umm.."

(( OOC - Well, I need to get out of Badlands sooner or later... might as well be sooner. ))
Character: Thorlan Breaker
Location: Badlands
Thorlan climbed on top of the mountain top, above all of the spewing lava and dangerous gas clouds. He wrapped his grappling hook back around his belt, taking in a deep breath knowing what he had to do.
Thorlan took out a small gem he had found, holding it up in front of him. It contained power of winds, though only usable once. An old dying shaman had given it to him when he tried to rescue him in this hell, now his only salvation.
"Please work," Thorlan said, getting ready to throw it at the ground and pray that powerful winds would glide him past the lavas and into saftey.

Tahlia Martin

"Idiot idiot idiot!" Tahlia groaned, running full out across the plains toward the ruins of Neji's Point. Behind her, cackling widly, were a pack of hyenas. She whirled, casting a frost nova under them and freezing them in place.
"Bad puppies! Go away.... NOW!" She roared at the top of her lungs, sending spell's upwards, not wanting to kill the creatures for no reason. She took off running again, the hyena's growling and trying to get free, and resume the chase.
She only had another mile or so to get to the ruins, and sucked in her breath and blinked blindly, hoping she wasn't about to appear in the middle of a tree or something. Tahlia reappeared and nearly collapsed, feeling a sudden urge to cough. She groaned again as the sound of cackling started up and looked over her shoulder, seeing the pack still chasing her.
"
Down!
" She heard called out in Thalassian and dove for the ground, arrows singing as they flew over her and killed the pack. She looked up into the face of several Sentinels and slowly stood, her hands raised as she looked at the drawn arrows aimed at her.
"
Hold please, I'm a half-elf, a magus of the Tor, I have my insignia in my top left hand pocket of my cloak.
" Tahlia called to them in their own language, looking from purple skinned face to purple skinned face.
The Sentinels looked at each other and nodded, before one in captain's armour stepped forward and motioned her to drop her hands, which were quickly tied behind her back. She put up no resistence, knowing full well the Night Elves had been pushed out by the Warsong's since the Cataclysm, and were warry of any Horde looking race.

Av'ka met Sylos's eyes briefly before blushing furiously and looking back at the ground. "It's what the Loa want me to do," she muttered.
They arrived at the bridge to Spirit Rise, and Miri let go of Sylos's hand, smiling playfully at him while Av'ka rested her head on Miri's shoulder.
"Well," Miri said. "Here we are. Anything else we can help you with?" she grinned.

(( OOC - Alright, time to kind of finish his 'grand escape.' ))
Character: Thorlan Breaker
Location: Badlands
Thorlan ran forward and shattering the gem at the edge of the mountain side, jumping off and closing his eyes.
...
...
...
Thorlan opened a single eye, seeing he was floating past all of the lava and dangerous clouds. He started laughing, extremely happy he had finally escaped, everything almost not seeming like it was real. Suddenly, he realized a flaw in his plan. As he floated down, his speed foward was increasing more, which would surely kill him if he hit the ground at that speed forward.
"Need a plan fast," Thorlan said, trying to find anything on him that would help.

"No that should do it." He said bowing his head to the two girls then walking off. He get a little aways then said to them. "Maby we can meet up again sometime." He walked down the ramp that lead to the underground section and looked around to see a blood elf in the corner talking to an imp.
"Hello brother did you get what i asked for?" He said walking up to him.
"Yes i do it wasn't easy to get you owe me for this." He said handing Sylos a gem.
"Thank you take care of yourself." He said walking out of the cavern. It was already late in the day by the time he got back out.
I wonder where those two ladies went that whole saving the earth sounded interesting.
He decided to go back to the inn to see if they would show up there.

"Av, that elf was
totally
into you!" Miriam shouted as she jumped up and down.
"Whatever," Av'ka responded, smirking. "you think everyone is into me."
"Thats because you're so damn delicious!" she laughed, kissing her friend on the cheek. Av'ka laughed back. It was nice to see Av'ka in a good mood, instead of depressed. Being in the city had distracted her from the earths pain, so she was able to enjoiy herself more, at least with the undead.
The two spent the rest of the afternoon shopping, splitting the cost evenly, despite the fact Miri had hardly any gold left. The arrived at the inn, rented a room and went downstairs. They saw the blood elf from eariler and asked if they could join him.

Thorlan saw trees ahead, quickly realizing what he could do. He took out his grappling hook and threw it at a nearby tree ahead, holding the rope tightly. He felt a suddeny jerk which meant his grappling hook caught, though now spinning around the tree with his rope, the distance closing in from the rope running out of slack.
"Help!" Thorlan shouted, hoping by some miracle he'd walk away from this.

Character:
Tahlia Martin
Location:
Neji's Point, Desolace
"
In Elunes name.
" She muttered, staring around at the destroyed town. "
Yes indeed half-breed.
" The Sentinel Captain said, as she lead Tahlia along. The ruins of the Point looked like bombs had been set off, with the remains of demons and the human guards who used to run the outpost evident in the large blood splotches all over the place.
"
We're taking you to see the leader here, one of the Son's of Cenarius.
" The Captain told her and the half-elf nodded, remembering who had been here before the Cataclysm. "
Keeper Marandis correct?
" She asked, and the Captain grunted. They entered the building where the Keeper normally stood to keep watch and massive figure turned to them, and Tahlia was hard pressed not to cry out.
The Keeper was scarred and disfigured, one of his massive branching antlers gone, his left arm cut off at the elbow, the flanks sliced and shattered. He moved into the light and she saw his left eye was gone, a massive scar through his eye. "
Who is she?
" He asked, his voice raspy and hoarse as he looked down at them.
"
Half-breed, part human part elf.
" The captain all but spat, staring at her with hatred. Tahlia shot her a look of venom filled rage then straightened and looked up the Keeper. "
Tahlia Martin, Magus of the Kirin Tor. I have an insignia of neutrality in my cape, but due to my arms being tied up, I can't reach it.
" Tahlia said, feeling a slight rage and just barely keeping it under control as the Keeper nodded at the captain who cut the ropes free letting the magus pull the insignia free and showing it to him.
"You are who you say you are.... and your here because of the Magus, the other one named Martin yes?" The Keeper asked, in perfect common, no sound of an accent. "Yes sir, so my Father was here?" She asked, hope in her eyes and he nodded but sighed. "He left the Point 2 months ago, and you've already been to the Ghost Walker point yes?" He asked, and she nodded, sighing slightly.
"Thank you Keeper, I just need to make use of the trading post here... if there is still one that is?" She asked, and the Keeper nodded, pointing off into the ruins. She bowed to him, shot another look at the Captain then headed off, intending to sell the trinkets from the chest and possibly get some rest, and read through the journal she had found.

Both women blushed at the comment, but Av'ka looked down and Miri smiled at Sylos. "i'll have a drink, just a beer if you dont mind," she smiled.
"No thank you, I'm fine," Av said quietly.
Miriam propped her elbows on the table and rested her head in her palms. "Fancy meeting you again, Mister Warlock," she smiled.

Character:
Tahlia Martin
Location:
Neji's Point, Desolace
..... the demon assaults continue even now. Our forces are dwindling, our supplies are almost gone, we will be withdrawing soon, hopefully to take one of the hidden paths back into Mulgore to save us. We have sent messages to the Neji's Point to warn them what will happen next. To the one who finds this journal, be careful, even as the land is reborn, the demons are becoming worse. A magus who traveled here, a male human, helped us for a few days, then traveled deeper into the lands, leading a demon force away from us.
Tahlia stopped, staring in shock at what she had just read. "My father.... he was here, or atleast when the journal was made. He went south yes? Then I head south tomorrow." Tahlia said, returning to reading the journel.
We must be extra careful, for some reasons the Twilight Cultists, who surged forth after the Cataclysm, have joined with the demon and Dragon forces. They have created a few bases within Desolace, avoid them at all costs, we have seen the new dragons, the massive deep-blues with the star hides, flying to them to resupply and the like. Again, be careful reader of this journal, and stay safe my friend.
The journal ended there, and Tahlia leaned back in the bed, considering everything she had just learned.
The Tor were worried about this, that the Twilight's would try to create new bases all across the planet, but here is proof. As much as I wish to ride straight south to find my Father, I should look at these camps to get information and send detailed reports to the other factions, they need this information.
She sighed pinching the bridge of her nose, feeling a headache coming on.
"Alright, first thing in the morning I'll go and scout the camps then continue south and see if I can find more clues about my Father's disappearence." She said outloud, sending the journal back to her storage dimension, waving her hand to douse the candles in the room, then pulled the blanket tight and fell asleep.

"Get up your lazy human, times up" Hebry was pushed out of the bed. "Your breakfeast is at the bar" The innkeeper walked walked down stairs muttering to himself.
Hebry took on his cloth, grapped his daggers and went down stairs where he saw a bowl of something at the bar.
After finishing his... meal? He thought of what to do now.
I'm in need of money, thats for sure. I can't live of manual lobor forever, so i guess i have to go to a bigger city. And with Garrosh going nuts in Orgrimmar the best would Thunder Bluff even im though im not form the horde there should be at least someone that is interested in someone as bodyguard or what so ever. And the Medallion of neutraily i stole should keep
me
safe.
After deciding where to go Hebry packed his stuff and went over to the wyrvern master. " One of those things to Thunder Bluff" He said and pointed at the wyrvens while showing his medallion which now hang in a chain in his belt. He payed the goblin and soon after he was heading for Thunder Bluff.
