Is the US government intentionally misleading Americans?

I wouldn't judge the entire government based on what the FBI makes of the statistics.
I think every single branch and section of government is biased, and acts in its own survival and best interest. All of the data, statistics, corrupt finding, and general deceit in the world would never bend Skyfire from a profound trust in our body unelect.
Nice fallacy
and
personal attack, Mr. Tie. gtfo.
Wow. Not quite the reaction I was expecting. I pointed out that you have unshakable trust, and that it might be misplaced. I don't know if calling that an 'attack' is really accurate. Perhaps you are overracting?
On the topic note: A person in power is a person who must constantly have that power questioned.

Congrats, you discovered I clearly said that America is the only country to speak English.
No, but telling someone they can't complain about a topic about politics being mainly concerned with American politics because "these are English-speaking forums and America speaks English" is a logic fallacy and if you honestly can't recognise that
there is no hope for you.
there is no hope for you.

There's no hope for any of us; we're already headed to hell in a hand-basket.
.
Btw, it's also a fallacy to imply a fallacy in someone else's fallacy insofar as one of the aforementioned fallacies really isn't a fallacy.

I really don't know what he was talking about either.

To explain, Mr. Tie, the fallacy: It is incorrect to infer from "take each case as it comes" that I have absolute and blind faith.
The personal attack: That you made any inference at all toward what I believe to be true. This is not the first time you have done so, and the last time you did so it was also phrased just as subtly as this time.
Third: Don't play innocent.
Fourth: Don't do it again.
Got it?

You seem really mad. I think you need to calm down before we continue this discussion, so I'd love to pick it up with you later, but for now, I'm going to leave it alone.

Slightly?
Anyways, you took my statement, changed what I said, and then said that my original statement was wrong. Good job, that's called a straw man, which is a kind of logical fallacy. Irony at its finest.

Last time I checked, BS stood for two words.
Nope, spelled one word.
Moving along from the offtopic post...

It does work! I'm going to thank my mother.

I offered you a chance to just drop it.Don't do it again.

On topic with Skyfire:I wouldn't judge the entire government based on what the FBI makes of the statistics. All of the data, statistics, corrupt finding, and general deceit in the world would never bend Skyfire from a profound trust in our body unelect.
I'm pointing out here that the FBI is a large part of the executive branch's tools, and thus, the entire government should be questioned. Your unshakable trust is questionable.Nice fallacy and personal attack, Mr. Tie. gtfo. This is a knee jerk reaction to your postion being criticised, and is VERY off topic.
If you can't remain civil in a government debate, you need to remove yourself from the debate, I don't care if you have green text or not. Trying to intimidate me is not going to work either, I don't care WHAT your mother says.
I expect better from you.

Ugh,
American
politics. You may want to specify it's another
American
-exclusive thread in the title. It's 10 seconds of my life I'll never get back :(
Anyways, these are the English WoWhead forums, so I'd imagine that most forum goers have the understanding that issues brought up are more likely to involve English speaking countries.
Your post reads as if when someone goes onto a English speaking forum, they should only expect to discuss American politics. Had Irinida posted "English speaking politics" or you said "most of the posters here live in the U.S." then I'd have no problem, but as it is...
Or maybe I'm just reading to much into it, I dunno.
Either way, I'm going to play some

I love that game! Tell me, have you ever played as persions (i think persions, they are the purple ones) and make an entire army of horse archers and just kite everyone and conquor the world?
I play as red romans a lot, and just take over EVERYTHING, until the people love me, and then attack the senate with 2 armies, one from the north and one from the south.
How do you play as rome?
Wow I love that game.

I have no unshakeable trust. You missed the part where I said in a later post, which you managed not to add in this entire set, that just because the FBI does something does not mean the CIA does the same thing (or the EPA, or whatnot). It was in agreement with Mediator's position that you should be checking the information yourself. How you managed to confuse it as my agreeing with the government is due to your own biases. As I said in that case, gtfo.
Don't do it again. Got it?

Told? No. Taught? Not quite. Used it as a mother would to a child? Yes. Intimidation? Sure, you can call it that. Do I want to get my way at this time? No. Do I have the power to? Yes. Was that a warning? Yes, yes it was.

I expect you to enter a discussion without preconceived biases of the other participants. Knee jerk or not, you need to knock it off.
My position wasn't criticized. I quite directly was. That's not ok. And I'm calling you out on it, because I personally have had enough of it. I'm not the only one you'll taunt at the edges of your posting, whether you realize you're doing it or not. Figure out when you're doing it, and when you're not, and when you are but you don't mean to, fast.

No. I don't respond to demands and threats. You need to approach people quite differently.

No. I don't respond to demands and threats. I won't do anything you ask unless you approach me quite differently.
Then continue to do what you do and be removed.
It's that simple. It's not an option that I would ask lightly of Malgayne, who would have to make the final decision, but it is one that I will ask of him if it comes down to it.
