Probably like the Blood/High Elf druids.
I'm still waiting for them to add these =(
If dwarves get druids (which would undoubtedly come with BE druids), I demand
undead
paladins.

the main reason he said TROLL paladins, is that currently, Druids are the ONLY class dwarves cant roll, just as paladins are the ONLY class Trolls cant roll.
Therefore, if they ever add dwarven druids, by balance, trolls should be paladins.
And about the undead pallys......... I dunno. They exist (Zeliek) but they are the exeption, not the norm. Light hurts undead people, so it makes no sense, for forsakens to be paladins. (Lore-wise, forsaken priests are only shadow)

I'm not real knowledgeable about this aspect of Warcraft's cosmology, but isn't this, like Elune's Priestesses, a matter of the intent being more important than the patron/matron? That is to say, whether you worship the Light, Elune, or the Sun, if you seek to perform divine acts, and your character (character in the adjective sense, not the noun) is sufficient, you will channel divine power, ie, the Holy Light.

Pretty much how I feel. I would kind of like to see BE druids even if I feel like it's a stretch for their characterization (Farstriders having become somewhat of an estranged subculture), but for both balance and lore reasons I'm not keen on Dwarven druids.
And I also agree about the Undead Paladin issue. I know some people around here are dead-set on it because it keeps coming up over and over and over, but better posters than I have explained why it's not a great idea.

Well according to the Cdev on the last questions and answers on the story forums, forsaken priests can and do use the light, but it is extremely painful to them, and takes extreme willpower to ignore the pain.
And they also explicitly said that extended use of the Light causes only pain and not destruction. So I think the matter of Undead Paladins is more ambiguous than most make it to be. On one hand Undead Paladins should be extremely suicidal, on the other, so are Undead Priests and those already exist.
See what I mean?
Sorry, I'm not trying to be a smart-ass or anything, it was just amusing to me to see that immediately after my post.

so then dwarf druids would be less about the feral, and thus not be shape shifters like other druids, and be more into the natural and the plant part of druidism?

Meh, I was just kidding around, but I guess you have a point.

lore-wise: maybe. but if they are ever added to the game, they will need to shapeshift, much the same way as worgens and trolls did.
What I wonder is what will be the unique feature of transformation for them.
Night-Elves: They have those paint tatoos on their eyes in all their transformations (bear and cat mostly) and their eyes dont have pupils and also glow.
Worgens: Even though they shapeshift into bears and panthers, those have a bit of lupine qualities, (their snouts are more wolf-like)
Taurens: Even though they shift into bears and lions, they have horns.
Trolls: they shift into bears and tigers, but they have giant tusks, and mowhawks.
What would be the unique transformation criteria for a dwarven druid? a bear with a giant beard? O_o how would female druids shift then?

Speaking of which:
What would you guys think for human druid forms? Plain-looking animals? Puma? Smiladon?

HOWEVER, we need another Alliance shaman. I nominate Humans. Because it makes just about as much sense.
Um well....since some Vrykul are Shamans(or shaman like), would actually make sense that their descendants could harness the power of the Elements too; after all, we have Gob shamans now so.....
