How do we know what the Naaru were like before?
I cannot imagine anything like that evolving naturally. Especially sense things don't seem to 'evolve' magically until post-sapiance in Warcraft. We don't see wolves shooting fireballs at us.
And Adams, notice that the dark phase literally has the Naaru falling apart, only held together by whatever has replaced the Light during that time. If they are seperated from it too long, they fall apart.

Why can't you imagine something evolving that way? Is it so much different than imagining a giant made of bronze that goes around to different world killing demons?

I feel as though I missed what you are referring too...
Sounds like it was built though.

Sargeras?

The titans evolved naturally and then were either altered by some sort of magic, or they altered themselves.
Or, they are constructs of something completely different that evolved naturally.

And if you notice, the Light version of them split apart and pull back together constantly as well. But if you listen to D'ore, It told you that the Darkness was apart of It, same as the Light. And yes, it's entirely possible the Naaru were built or were the intended replacement for Sargeras after he went off the reservation.

Your answers are based on a rather large amount of conjecture I have to say Atik.

Your* =P
But I agree. There is no real evidence to support your theory.

I'm just saying.
It suddenly occured to me the Light can be just as dangerous as Fel, and I was wondering why everyone was all hunky dory with one, but hates the other.

Fel has a tendency to make things destructive and warped by its very nature. The light in its natural form, to be destructive, has to be used by someone to make it so first such as with the scarlets.

The Light/Shadow, and Fel/Arcane aren't inherently good or evil; it's the users who bring about the destruction or the creation.

Hold up, when did Fel become the antithesis of Arcane? I'm just asking here.Eh, could have put a comma between them but was feeling lazy; and those two do seem to be the ones that most affect the mortal races.
I like the theory that there is the possibility for a base race to be modified by the energies of the world. However, it hinges on a lot of things that are just conjecture (NEs being proto-trolls being subjected to the Well of Eternity) at this point in time. I do love the possibilities it brings though. I mean, imagine proto-trolls exposed to a different energy (Well of Fel, Sunwell, Well of Shadow), or the proto-Orcs (which I believe to be the Mag'har) being corrupted via different energies.
The possibilities are not only endless, they're awesome.
Well yeah, the Orcs are the big ones who show what fel corruption does, with the withdrawl of the High Elves into Blood Elves(and the change of feeding habits) showing the other aspect of it, especially when they keep going into the Wretched form. And yes, we're not sure if they were proto-trolls or not, but the lore story of the rise of the Night Elves always seems to remain the same; a race of humanoids find the Well and the energies from it cause the transformation into the Night Elves we know and love/hate.
And even Nature causes changes....well, if that off hand comment in WotA is truly canon or not: That some of the original sons and daughters of Cenarius(Keepers and Dryads) are those Night Elves who failed to learn to control the druidism and transformed into those forms.

It does work somewhat, but the thing is that abuse of Arcane energies leads to Fel. I... suppose that a being made entirely of arcane that ended up abusing it would be an arcane Mu'ru or something.
Or like the Ethereals.

This is my apology, I am sorry for disappearing so suddenly, possibly ruining many RP characters. But this is also a farewell, I don't think I'll ever becoming back, as much as I would love to. It was fun, but this is goodbye.
