Personally, I would kill someone for a Heroic Sunken Temple being a lover of troll lore, and dragon lore... Seriously it could be a raid, but at least a heroic.
All of them!
Hard to pick just one.
Classic
Scholomance (new mob graphics please) 5 man.
Blackrock Depth (big revamp please but keep big) 10 and 25 man.
Maraudon (revamp the map mostly - escape route?) 5 man.
Blackwing Lair (new mob graphics) 10 and 25 man.
Dire Maul (revamp the map and bigger ogres please) three 5 mans.
Burning Crusade
Karazhan (more boss fights less trash) best 10 man ever!
Need more boss fights and less trash over all.
More outdoor raid fights with trash surrounding. With flying mounts Blizzard could make them attack someone if they get anywhere near it on a flying mount. Like a harpoon or something.
PS: Check my
Suggestion
post.

All of them.
My favorites would be SM & ZF though. I would like to see Kara, BRD, and AQ updated as well.

Bring back Zul'Farrak so I can whoop some troll ass. Just like old times. So much death...
SM would make a nice heroic. bahahaha BRD. Also I hope they buff up Ony for Cataclysm.. or at least at some point down the line. Long shot, I know, but it would still be cool.

The dungeons in classic WoW were all so well thought out, it's tough to pick one. The ones I can really remember grinding none stop for (blue) gear were UBRS, Strat and Scholomance. I've probably got tinted glasses on but the others all seemed to just gel into the game seemlessly instead of it being about loot back then.
I'd love to see Dire Maul as it brings back lots of good memories: the quest to get the key for the other wings, the costumes to turn into an Ogre, getting the original Quel'sar from there, the library, the paladin mount quest...the gold farmers who used an exploit with hunters to farm it (and MC) by sitting themselves on the ceiling of the instance.
The original wow dungeons all needed keys, yet when they tried to do this in BC everyone complained at the amount you had to grind just to get into a dungeon.
The difference was the original game slotted getting the dungeon keys into the actual content via quests, told you a story and was often part of levelling up. In BC it was all a big contrived grind to buy Blizzard time between patches.
I'm hoping they bring some of the dungeon key love back instead of the current state of the game which seems to be about getting tokens, restoking the RPG part of MMORPG which has been forgotten.

In no specific order:
Mara, because it looks awesome and the fights are awesome and it's awesome.
BFD, jumping across platforms is fun and there should be more of it.
Gnomer, crazy I know (I was surprised I wasn't the only one to say this), but I really like the place and I really like the ideas in the Thermaplugg fight, at least.
