Enchant Weapon - Berserking read... 400 ap not sp

The battlegrounds Berserking buff. Not the enchant.

For BGs, it really is not that important the gear you use; should you engage too many foes, you will die with or without resillience. Having some is nice; your 600 is sounding fair. But, now, you can begin a bit more focus on SP/Haste. I do recommend you get those by upgrading pvp gear rather than PvE; PvE Cloth gear will hurt your stamina far too much.

Yeah, your gear isn't very great. Its mostly level 200 purples.
Which with my friends, is refered to as pvp blues.

Do some battlegrounds and pick up the non-set items. They cost a fair bit, but replacing your items from level 200 to level 245 will give you a massive increase in spellpower, hitpoints, and haste.

Also get rid of your meta gem. You want to be using Chaotic Skyflare Diamonds.

your frost spec'd that speced was never desined for damge it was made for being annoying little ice bastard (wich is a compalment) if you want to a &*!@ ton of damge go fire
