Nope, Loken's quote is referring to the fact that his death tells Algalon that the planet may be corrupted, thus leading him to prepare a message to the Titans to reoriginate us.
Nice try though... ;)

Loken is takling about Algenon in Ulduar, but yeah, lots of people have seen the Cataclysm map there.

Still, was Kalimador really flooded? Interesting...

I however am very sceptical of this for we couldn't find anything that might link the two especially with night of the Dragon stating that he is hiding under Grim Batol. Both Deathwing and Loken were driven insane by Old Gods.
But that's really where the coincidence ends, because Loken really is talking about Algalon.

When Cataclysm occurs, yes the Barrens is being shattered, and yes the Needles are suppose to be flooded. But beyond that, there is no connection between Deathwing and Loken.

I think I would honestly attribute the inaccuracy of the floating globe to its poor detail level. Speculations that it's a globe from the future Azeroth are fine and dandy, but it just feel logical. And I don't think even the Titans can see in the future...

Thousand Needles used to be part of the ocean or something yes?
Could it be a map from the PAST?

would not be a litle strange that nozdurmu gets the power to look in the future from the titans but the titans dont got the power to do it.......

I think this is probably the most credible reason. Thousand Needles was a river if I recall correctly.

Well, these are suppose to be the "Watchers" who's to say the Cataclysm wasn't the real reason why Loken let Yogg corrupt him, to prepare for what was coming and do his best to stop it. Maybe he thought the Old God could stop the rising of Deepholme and stop the death and destruction that will occur before hand.

..Even though Deathwing was a servant of the Old Gods? :/

That was 10 thousand years ago, and seeing as he rebelled against the Old Gods.......

Plus, a canyon like that is nearly always caused by a large river.
