You do know that your talents are not correct for your stats right?
- I mean u have 20.03% hit! 3% too much. I'd rather kill Arcane Focus for Arcane Stability. Ohh wait.. I did :D
- Shoulders and Feet could use better enchants. Start grinding that Sons of Hodir rep for shoulder ench :D and get Icewalker on feet it's usaly better than 18 spirit.
As for the rotation I usualy do AB till proc even if more than 3 then AM on Mbarr proc + 1 more Mbarr then repeat.

Thxs umm the reason i have spirit on boots is cuz i have to much hit. Icewalker does hit and crit so i thought i would skip the hit and go for spirit. which provides crit through molten armor.
Whether or not that pushes you over the hit cap is moot. Unless 18spi gives you more than 0.58% crit, vs regen & crit than you should be using icewalker. Your meta should also be Chaotic skyflare, int is nice, but what you're looking for is that extra overall push in crunchiness when a spell lands.
Unless you're doing a burn, using AB to 50% is meh. That's not a pure dump cycle, and you're not reaching a optimal DPS peak for your mana output. AB3xMBR is to 50%, eats more mana has a larger crunch factor with MBR. You're only going to be doing that with AP up anyway. The main cycle you should be aiming for is ab3xMBR or AM depending on whether missile barrage is up.
Also make sure you're putting focus magic up on your highest casting critter, unless it's trash. Then be a good mage and toss it on a healy pally, shammy or priest or something. Yeah silly, but they love you for it, and they'll go out of their way to toss you heals.
