Honestly, I suggest running H CoS a couple of times, if you can handle that, jump to HoL and HoS, then once Loken becomes do-able, jump into HToC, (and hope the rouge with nasty poison stays home)
avoid AN and OK for poison reasons....

I can't speak to your build; I'll leave that to the holy specialists. But your gear is definitely on the low side for heroics. You're in a frustrating phase of gearing up, where you can't even go to the heroics that have some gear that you need. And you can't join a badge farming group either; your spellpower is just too low. I also wouldn't take you to Azjol-Nerub just yet. The last boss can be a nightmare on an undergeared healer. (Not that I have terrible memories about that, nope, not me.) Hang in there, go slow. Healing will suck for a while, because of your gear, but also because of the low gear & skill of the tanks & dps at the same level.
I recommend getting a few enchants: both 50sp on your weapon and 28sp on your gloves are quite cheap. The leg enchants are also cheap (for 35 more sp). For a minimal investment you can get a noticeable boost to your spellpower.
Then run the easier heroics: UK, UP, Nexus, VH, and regular ToC, until you get a few key upgrades. You can do tournament dailies for the dagger you buy with champion's seals; it's crazy good. Do not under any circumstance run heroic OK, ToC, HoS, HoL or Gundrak. You will fail, and it's not your fault. You're just not geared for them yet.
And...I can't find anything to tear you apart for. Except an empty third glyph slot....GO GET ONE!
(Running with any tank with less than 535 defense is suicide. I never do it, never, ever ever, and I could probably heal through it. Before I accept a pug invite, I always ask if the tank is defense-capped.)

your quickest upgrades are your trinkets..
AH will probably have the
Darkmoon Card: Illusion
and most probably
Je'Tze's Bell
. Both excellent starter trinkets.
ToC normal trinket

hmm i must have missed that somehow haha!
Edit: Do your dailies!
Also you can get a lot of great geat from pvp when starting up. trade in those Stone Keeper's shards for honor at Wintergrasp and get a trinket or a few items. Save your Wg badges up and you should have a few high level epics, even if they do have resi on them.

Glyphs with your build should most certainly have Guardian Spirit. Its nice to have it every Min (if its not used) as it really does help with things go wrong to know the tank won't die on the next hit
You should go for PoH glyph as having 5 people in your party means a nice HoT on everyone afterwards, which can stabalize the incoming damage, making it more manageble. Third glyph i would go with Flash Heal. Saves mana!
