That's just how fantasy literature works, it seems. I mean, in Lord of the Rings, there were no females in the Fellowship, and Arwen, Galadriel and Eowynn were practically the only women in the book.
I could see them easily pulling an orc girl out of thin air for Anduin, though. As long as she's not a sue from thin air like Med'an or Rhonin.
Imagine if Garrosh had a daughter. o.OLol, talk about irony.
Or Saurfang the Young Female, daughter of Saurfang the Younger.
Even more epic.
Pyramid!
but yhea this is tottaly plausible, I mean, the scarlet crusade had 1 abbendis, and just like that they added a second female abendis (bridggite) so it would be very awesome that saurfang the younger had a daugther.
That's just how fantasy literature works
I know that, but it doesn't mean I have to like it, I do believe in gender equality, and I wish there were more important/famous women in lore for the rest of the races, as far as humans and night-elves goes they have a fair share of them, but the rest of the races don't and that sucks.
what? because tauren and troll women arent as "hot" as human and nightelves (wich is something left for personal taste and interpretation) they don't get the chance to participate on the big events?
pff.

I find that Orc women are most attractive to me, as long as they use the right face... (Not like the one in the Oxhorn video... :P)
And then Draenei are second, followed by trolls.
But let's not get sidetracked... :P
I do think there should be more female characters, particularly amng the Horde (and no more elves, I'm so sick of elves).

That's some number of pages back.
I'd rather not beat on a dead horse, so to speak.

Because after that point, he starts becoming Varian again, and the rage starts to show through.

Your coming up on the whole "Oh noes! It's Onyxia.... oh noes! We were split in Two! Oh noes! We need magic swords from Jaina!" And slowly but surely, the Le'gosh I respected vanishes and rage-ahloic Varian takes over.

Just becoming allies doesn't mean the faction have disolved. The Alliance will always be the Alliance and the Horde always the Horde.
It just mean both sides aren't intent on wiping the other off the face of Azeroth anymore.

Persoanlly I thought the balance was better before all this. The balance of horde vs alliance rivalry has and will always be in wow, and the main function of it was been for the excuse to pvp each other in grand battles. Those battles take place all the time anyway regardless.. So why then does there need to be more excuses to want to kill each other more and more?

Well no duh its Onyxia, that has always been known.
Split in two? We have seen far more super-natrual things take place in WoW.
The migic swords you say?... well, I have not recieved that issue yet, so I cant say much on that part... yet.
Again, the Varian part of the comic goes downhill after the return to Stormwind, that's why I like the parts with Med'an, Garona and the council, as it has nothing to do with Varian, Thrall, or the Lich King. I'm hoping as they build up to the Wrathgate issues I'll get interested in the Varian aspect, but I'm not holding my breath. It's simple; I liked him more as Le'gosh then I do as Varian, and I'm hoping eventually both the writers at the comics and at Blizz, start swinging him back that way.

I'd like to see Varian evolved back into Le'gosh, a person who thinks before he acts, who doesn't pick fights for no reason, and who is willingly to actually listen to others, and then not dismiss it because it goes against what he want's to do. Seriously, the Le'gosh persona was the much better one, far superior to the Varian.

Seriously, the Le'gosh persona was the much better one, far superior to the Varian. That's ironic, because tend to think he's entirely Lo'gosh. When they "recombined," He kept Lo'gosh face, his hair, and his attitude (and I can't remember where he got his armor, and I'm not within easy reach of my comics atm). I can't see really "Charm Varian" in him at all.
And seriously, things went downhill as soon as they took out Lullabi. Lullabi's Varian didn't look like a d-bag (which modern Varian does; at least to me), Lullabi's Varian was usually pretty calm (
at least until the Naga came out...
), and most of all, Lullabi's Varian's chin was in the same timezone he was.
