Warriors
* Endless Rage will now give the correct amount of rage as intended from damage dealt by a Warrior.
* Stances: It is no longer possible to accidentally change into a stance you are already in via macros (resulting in a global cooldown and loss of rage).
* Whirlwind: Critical strikes with the off-hand weapon from this ability can now trigger Flurry and Rampage.
* Flurry will properly refresh if a crit occurs with 1 charge left.
* Improved Hamstring (Arms) effect is now subject to diminishing returns when used in PvP.
Three bug fixes and a small nerf. Fun =P I was hoping for a much better patch 2.4, but this is all we get.

Things i saw i liked:
Spell Haste: Spell haste now reduces the global cooldown on spells, down to a minimum of 1 second. This change does not apply to melee and ranged abilities.
Diminishing returns on honor for kills is being eliminated.
Honor will now be instantly calculated, and available for player use.
Enchanting recipe to shatter a Void Crystal into two Large Prismatic Shards.
# All 25-player raid bosses have had their cash drops increased!
# All 25- player raid bosses that drop set tokens will now drop an additional token!
# Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter Hyjal.
# Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter the Black Temple.
You may now fight Prince Kael’thas and Lady Vashj without first killing all the other bosses in their respective dungeons.
Non-corporeal Undead and Mechanical creatures are now susceptible to bleed effects.
Gems obtained through Heroic difficulty instances are no longer Unique-equipped.
In Master Loot mode, all players in the group will see sparkles on corpses that have loot above the master loot threshold. This lets everyone see what the master loot items are, though they cannot interact with them. Only the master looter can loot those items still.
Stacked items for sale at the auction house now display the per unit price and per unit buyout price in the item mouseover.

This is going to be even worse for Warriors. Ice Lance can now be cast a third faster!

does anyone else feel that this is a case of too little, too late? I think that a lot of the most common pvp specs for arms warriors have worked around the idea that endless rage isnt worth 41 points, most choosing to get MS and second wind and putting the extra points in fury or tactical mastery. Given that most deep arms warriors will be pvper's, and that most of these will be doing arena, does anyone think that arena warriors are going to respec to get this talent, especially since most have become used to not bothering with it?
I already have it in my build =P I specced it to try it out and decided to keep it...I gained Imp. Intercept, Imp. Disciplines, and Endless Rage instead of Unbridled Wrath and Piercing Howl.
Even in it's current incarnation it is not bad. It's just other skills are better =P When they do fix it, I think we'll have alot of warriors atleast giving it a try.

I never understood why blizz did attunements for raid instances the way
they do in expansion. It was never this way originally. Sure you had to
get attuned to do a raid, but it was never a requirement to complete a
full clear of the previous tier level instance. Normally do-able mostly
solo, with some 5-10man dungeons.
The difficulty of the content in the raid instance should decide if you can
or can not do the instance. If your capable of clearing BT trash, and
downing a boss, then you should be allowed to do so, without having
to first clear all of TK/SSC/MH.
If you dont want people skipping end boss's in raids, then make the
trash/boss's in the next tier level harder than said boss, and then you
wont be able to.

A slight nerfed in PVP. Nothing to help tankers. Who the hell gets Endless Rage as a tank anyway?
Nothing big for warriors. Geezus, patch after patch and everything seems to be fixed for PVP Arena. Should Arena PVP be that big of an influence?

Just as PvE abilities and balancing is done around high-end 25man raids, so is PvP balanced around Arena. It's just that the rewards and prestige for Arenas is so much greater than general PvP, classes must be balanced around it.
Whether it was a mistake to design the Arenas like this(I think so personally) is irrelevant; as it stands, PvP must be balanced around Arena content and it will continue to be as such until the Arena and PvP reward system gets reworked.

Does melee haste reduce the GCD for melee abilities? The note says "This change does not apply to melee and ranged abilities.", but it's referring specifically to spell haste. As a tank I am waiting on the GCD one hundred percent of the time. It'd be nice if I could increase my threat by as much as the party increases it's damage when we get heroism or whatever else.
No, I am almost 100% sure Melee Haste will not reduce the GDC, though I could be wrong.

i was hoping for flurry to last longer or something, even tho flurry is up the majority of the time for me... I also like the whole off-hand Flurry/rampage proc, more deeps for me=D
Indeed, Fluryy applying to the offhand will increase it's up time dramatically! I think extending the duration plus this would send it very close to riding the OP train =P

no diminishing returns on honor? SWEET! able to use honor directly after getting it?!?!?!?.......can blizzard read my mind 0_0? ive been wanting that for oh........since i started getting honor at 70 like 3 months ago and now its finally going to happen =)
we can now reach Kael'thas without killing any bosses? hm thatlll make farming him cake
is it possible to reach Vashj without killing any of the other bosses? (i havent been to SSC yet ~.~)

your pretty much rights except some people do pick it up for arms pve dps but thats about it....
