You are gemmed for ArP up to 50% without having Grim Toll or Mjolnir Runestone. This is a chunk of your problem, either get one of them and your DPS will go through the roof or re-gem for strength.

you are pretty far over the expertise dodge cap - try replacing your weapon with the axe from the heroic 5-man. you will get axe spec, which is better than maxe spec + higher dps on the weapon + less wasted stats.
enchant it with berserking.
also, you put a blue gem in a yellow socket in your pants... i understand you need two blues for the meta, but why not put it in the blue socket on your chest and pick up two socket bonuses for free?
UW is a complete waste of 5 talent points - you should grab 5/5 commanding presence instead.
