Improved BoM gives 688AP. Say I have... raidbuffed, 400str/1200agi/700int. Just as an example, i'd get 40+130+70 AP from Kings ... total of 240AP, 444 under BoM. Add in the crit from int and agi and the gap is a little smaller but (improved) might is MUCH better than Kings for pure DPS. When you're in BiS T9 however, I have no idea.

I grabbed the best geared shaman I could find on wowhead:
http://www.wowhead.com/?profile=eu.cthun.l%C3%B4ud
Kings will give him 13 str, 100 agi, 104 stam, 57 int, and 16 spi.
That comes out to 170 AP, 1.2% crit, 855 mana, and 1040 hp. (Not factoring in talents and such)
Imp might (every pvp pally should have it) gives 688 AP.
As far as dps is concerned, Might wins by a lot.
And assuming you're not as geared as this guy, Might wins by a lot more.

You forgot to factor in raidbuffs. Unless BoK is factored in before them.

I always have had a sense that Kings is better because of its multiplicative property, but when I first started playing my shaman seriously I simmed it out for 5 mans (because that's when you'd expect to have only one pally) and Might always came out ahead.
Just now, I simmed it out using all RawR buffs and even fully raid buffed, Might still came out ahead.
That said, Kings obviously has more advantages that Might doesn't, e.g. more HP, and you may be able to get a AP buff from someone like a warrior. And also, you'll probably want to sim it out for yourself.

10% extra to the 3 raid buffs that increase our agi/int/str is barely gonna change anything. ~23 agi, ~23 str, and ~11 int = 57 AP + a smidgen of crit.

On my server we have a lot of warriors also. If you are with 1 pally and 1 war (dps spec) let the pally buff kings and let the war shout.

More importantly, if you're in a raid with a DPS warrior, he can provide Battle Shout for an AP buff, which doesn't stack with Might.
The advantage Kings has is that it's a unique buff, and so if a paladin provides that, there is no danger of another class buff going to waste.

Well, yes, unless the Warrior goes ahead and dies pronto.
