Well, you logged out in your tank gear. Can't say how your current healer set might measure up, if you have one yet ;-)
MP5 is not a high priority for paladin healing. It's OK, but your priority should be Intellect, Spellpower, Crit/Haste, and then MP5.
No spirit, it's useless. Don't gem for it. Don't take leather, cloth, or weapons with it. It's a wasted stat for us.
You need a minimum of 1600 spellpower unbuffed to start healing Naxx-10 level content.
You're going to want 2K+ spellpower and 20K mana unbuffed for Ulduar level content.
Look up holy paladin info on elitistjerks.com, they've got some good guides that explain what stats are useful for a holy spec and why.

Well, your heals set looks pretty good. :-)
I'd suggest obviously going for some trinket upgrades.
If you get a shield instead of an off-hand you can enchant it with extra
intellect
.
The War Mace is a decent healer weapon, The 5-man TOC heroic mode drops a
better one
fairly often. It's worth running for that mace, IMO.
Some of your gear pieces aren't enchanted. Even getting the PVP shoulder spellpower enchant or a level 70 shoulder enchant gives more benefit than no enchant there. The sons of Hodir
shoulder
enchant
is of course best in slot.
If you can find a helm with a meta slot, that will help you too. The Ember Skyflare diamond is a good one, IIRC.
Hope this helps!

Gem for int. Int int int. Lots of int. Gem for spellpower and mp5 to activate meta, and maybe, maybe, if you get a nice bonus from it. Don't really have to stack more than you get from eq. Unless you feel your lacking alot in SP, but you get alot more of that if you enchant your stuff.
With your SP and manapool, your probably not pulling your weight in totc25, unless your very very good at playing.
