Maybe they'll bring Heroic Leap back.
Blizz said they want to change the way passive talents work, they want to make it so when you spend a certain amount of talent points in a tree you automatically get them.
TG is a passive talent so maybe when you spend 51 points in the Fury tree you'll automatically get it
I think they were thinking more of stuff like cruelty (+5% crit) than titan grip. Sorta like X number of talent points in fury gives Y amount of crit, while A number of talents in prot gives B amount of extra stamina (or whatever).
Anyhow, if they introduce the goblin leap without (re)introducing heroic leap, they will have some explaining to do, given that their original explanation for cutting heroic leap was terrain issues that would be too costly/impractical to correct.

I never really understood that reason, given that Heroic Leap should have done exactly what Feral Charge (Cat) does.
The original Heroic Leap in the beta was a ground targeted leap, not a mob targeted.
If it had been originally designed as mob targeted, it would have been just another charge, intercept, intervene type skill and would have been lame.
