In Star Wars IV when Obi-Wan meets Luke he doesn't recognize R2D2 and C3-PO yet they're with him in the first 3 movies.
Vader also doesn't remember C3-PO despite building him
IMO, you can chalk it up to the fact that droids are ubiquitous in their world, like coffee makers or dvd players. we wouldn't necessarily know if we saw one 20 years later, we'd recognize it as one we actually had. We've seen other protocol and astrodroids in the star wars universe, and they kinda all look the same. As far as R2, he doesn't say he doesn't recognize him, he just says he never recalled 'owning' a droid and kept him from having to explain the daddy thing.
Then in Empire Strikes Back, Obi-Wan mentions that Yoda was his master, while in the prequel we learn it was Qui-Gon Jinn.
if i wanted to keep playing the apologist, I would mince words with you and say that he never called Yoda his master, he just called him "the Jedi Master who instructed me," and we see that Yoda instructs all the Jedi children.

The Spike Channel has been showing all of the Star Wars lately and I've been noticing some loops holes in the story, I know there are about a million so post the ones you have noticed.
In Star Wars IV when Obi-Wan meets Luke he doesn't recognize R2D2 and C3-PO yet they're with him in the first 3 movies. Where exactly does it come up that he doesn't remember them? He may not say anything about it, because it's not all that important... they're comic-relief after all.
Vader also doesn't remember C3-PO despite building him
The Dark Side clouds the mind, young padawan. A better plot-hole would have been why didn't Vader recognize Leia as his daughter when he could recognize Luke as his son... but even then, see the original explanation.
Then in Empire Strikes Back, Obi-Wan mentions that Yoda was his master, while in the prequel we learn it was Qui-Gon Jinn. All younglings in Obi-Wan's padawan days learned from Yoda when they began their training. Probably because they related well to a senile little green man.
What loopholes have you noticed
Loopholes... none. Plot-holes? Well, the best example I could give would be about Vader and Leia, but then I guess I already explained that.

Anakin is away for
ages
in some
far-flung corner of the galaxy
, and when he gets back his wife tells them they're going to have a baby. Wait . . . what?

The biggest loophole I noticed is that nobody ever has to use the bathroom. You don't even see any. Maybe not on Endor or Tatooine, but you'd figure the Death Star would have to have one or two.
They probably had some high tech method of transporting body waste in their high tech underwear.

That should explain things.

The biggest hole was the void created when Lucas decided to remove all magic and imagination from the once great Star Wars by making Episodes 1-3.

The biggest "plot-hole" that I am aware of is the fact that the technology takes a HUGE leap backwards between episode III and episode IV. Not that it could be helped with the order they were made.
I'm not sure how you come to this conclusion...
