Probably dont need points in Blessed recovery as you should not be getting hit that often in end game, also the holy reach is almost pointless because you are not going to be dps'ing so you dont need that distance on smite/holy fire. Now if you go with the second spec it is very useful becuase of the range on circle of healing is so small with out the points.
In my opinon inner focus is a brillant spell to have for an "oh crap" situation but I dont think it is a necessary that will save the raid. Usually that ends up just being an over heal (and just a waste of time because I think it is on the global cool down)
I rolled holy 1-70 and raided holy until about a month ago when i went shadow here is the spec I used

I don't think a build that has 2 points in Searing Light could ever be considered a
raiding
build. Are you smiting adds in raids? :) You'd be better served to put them in Healing Prayers for a raiding build since ProM/ProH are used much more than Smite.
