I had a simple question about some macros. For example, I read that a lot of warriors are using these macros to charge/intercept:
/cast Charge
or
/cast Intercept
We just had a keybindings post (it's probably still on the first page), so I'll only respond to the macro question.
The main gist of a target=focus macro is that you can do something to the specified focus WITHOUT switching your actual target.
I guess the best example for this would be a mage who is assigned to sheep a target. If the mage has the macro /cast sheep, then the mage can target the monster he's supposed to be killing and then just hit his Sheep key. When he hits his sheep key, he'll cast Sheep on his focus without ever changing his actual target.
As far as PvP goes, you'll have to come up with reasons why someone would do this. The only macro I have like that is on my Warlock for a banish target, and I don't really PvP.

Yes, a shield bash macro is a must. Shield bash is a lot better than pummel since it can be used in battle stance. So, you won't loose rage by using shield bash.
I would change your MS in d stance for Shield Slam or add Shield on a keybind. Shield Blam is a valuable move in arenas to dispell buffs like PW:shield or Ice barrier.
I would also add a keybind for your 5min cds ( reck, ret, wall ), bind to a single key and use this macro
/cast Retaliation; Shield Wall; Recklessness
/script
About, your general keybydings set-up, we can't really help. Play with what you are comfortable with.
