/castsequence reset=target/combat Mortal Strike, Execute
This will cast Mortal Strike then Execute and alternate between them so long as you stay on a single target, switching targets will force it to start with Mortal Strike again.
If you want to simply give them a priority (for example, use Execute, if it's not available use MS)
/cast Execute
/cast Mortal Strike
This'll cast Execute as first priority, and immediately cast MS after. Due to the GCD though you can't cast both at the same time, so pressing it will activate Execute if it's available, and Mortal Strike if it's not.

No, it doesn't. Please try macros before you suggest them. "Fall Through" macros using GCD abilities does NOT work. Since both of those items are on the GCD, it will keep trying to cast the first one over and over again. You can not have a macro attempt to cast more than one GCD ability on a single button press.
